Home completely furnished. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, beautiful countertops and unforgettable views. Open floor plan with comfortable seating. TV and internet provided. Breath taking panoramic sunset views looking over the entire lake from inside and outside the house . Privacy with large front and backyard. Outdoor grill. Bonfire pit on the sandy beach. Paddle boards and kayaks included. On clear nights, see the stars and the Milky way. Telescope on site! True up-north exclusive private setting experience. Plenty of private parking. No smoking. Lovely Lake Home

This home was exactly as pictured. Everything was extremely clean and for being a lake house, it was very impressive. Owner was very responsive any time a question was asked and provided many items for our stay both inside and out. Would definitely recommend this lake home for your stay at Higgins Lake!

Family lake house getaway

We had a great time at this brand new lake house on Higgins lake. It's in a great location, with beautiful lake views all day long (especially at sunset). The kitchen and dining room are spacious and we'll equipped. The five bedrooms are all very nice and fit our needs perfectly. Having 3 full bathrooms is great. This lake house has wonderful outside spaces also. A very large deck with grill, small private beach, water-side fire ring and a very long dock. We really enjoyed the provided kayaks, paddle boards and outdoor games. Greg is a very understanding host. He answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely consider returning in the future.
