As a family of four with two young kids, we love to travel and experience new places. We are local Michiganders and love being outside, traveling, and watching our kids experience new things.

Why they chose this property

With a love for houses, design, and Northern Michigan, this A-Frame was the perfect place to restore and turn into a great home away from home for our family of four. We wanted to share the renovations, coziness, and experience with guests to enjoy as much as we have.

What makes this property unique

The A-Frame is in a great location, smack dab in the middle of Higgins Lake and Houghton Lake. South Higgins Lake launch and state park is a 5 minute drive north, and the Higgins Lake boat launch is about 10 minutes south. Not only can you enjoy the lake life, but also experience trails & hiking, the great golf courses near by, hunting, and ice fishing/snowmobiles in the winter.
