The location was as expected and great for our needs. My adult kids were excited about the waffle maker and supplies to make them. They said the place reminded them of their grandparents cabin. We were typically there just at night, so it had everything we needed.

This was my second time staying at this property. The house is very close to restaurants and shopping but we come up for the Houghton Lake Blues Festival. So we didn’t do any shopping this time but did utilize the restaurants. We would stay here again.

We appreciated having a 3 bedroom and 2 bath house. Difficult to find in this price point in this area. Good value for my needs with a family wedding in the area. Strongly recommend a good cleaning though. We are ok with dirt, but this reached my limit. I did cleaning in bathrooms and kitchen upon arrival.

This property was not as depicted in pictures. Shower had brown silicone in shower, shower curtains were stained, owner said she tried washing. Outside and all windows areas were dirty and not clean.Melted siding. Trash from previous tenant was left in trash outside door not in roadside trash bin. Coffee maker was not clean and gross. A lot of leftover food in Fridge and cupboards.I should have walked out when we arrived but just went to bed. Noticed inside issue at 9pm 2nd night. We checked out early.....dont rent this misrepresented propery
