Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please set air at 79 degrees. Keep used beds unmade. Close all blinds & curtains and lock all doors and windows if you opened. Hang used towels on towel bars. Stick is put back at slider track.
Please tie up trash and keep in kitchen or put in black barrel by front porch.
Guests with pets: All dog waste is picked up & bagged. Put bags in trash bag tied up & put in trash barrel. Extra fee will be charged if dog waste is not picked up. No dog hair left on couches/bedding
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests with dogs must pick up dog waste before checking out. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Dog should be crated while out of house.
Vaping , smoking, or any drug use is NOT allowed inside or outside in backyard or on patio/deck or on property.

The place had absolutely everything you could possibly need for cooking, The home was spotless and incredibly spacious, giving family plenty room to relax. Everything was great, the house was in great condition and the amenities were good. The location was close to stores, hospital and a few restaurants. The neighborhood is older but not too bad. The house was remodeled and looked nice. The hosts were very welcoming and provided very clear and easy instructions to the home. They were accommodating and very responsive. We hosted a baby shower and there was PLENTY of parking and room for everyone w the house. If needed, we would stay again in the future!
