With luxurious amenities including an entertainment-filled Clubhouse, heated swimming pool and hot tub, pickleball courts and a dog park, you'll never run out of things to do at River Sands RV Resort.
With 1 queen bed in the bedroom and 1 queen bed in the loft (note - loft is not full ceiling height), this tiny home sleeps 4 people. You have your own private bath and a full kitchen. Outside you'll find a beautiful patio overlooking our pond and a propane grill for your use. Linens and towels are included. If a refresh is needed, we have a guest laundry facility onsite.

Relaxing Stay

I loved it. It was perfect for my vendor traveling and had everything I needed right by. Not only was the cabin spottless and well stocked but the entire property was clean, the laundry room and shower rooms were plentiful and clean. I can't wait to come back.

Peace, Tranquility and The River ❤️

Such a wonderful experience, Check-in & Check-out was effortless, my cabin was fully equipped with all basic necessities and some ( Keurig with coffee pods, nice treat ). The upstairs loft was especially loved by my 7 year old daughter (bed was comfy too!). Sitting on the back patio overlooking the pond with the sounds of bird callings and swaying grass was absolutely whimsical. It was a short walk to the river or pool. Would definitely be returning for more great memories!!
