With luxurious amenities including an entertainment-filled Clubhouse, heated swimming pool and hot tub, pickleball courts and a dog park, you'll never run out of things to do at River Sands RV Resort.
With 1 queen bed in each bedroom, this tiny home sleeps 4 people. You have your own private bath and a full kitchen. Outside you'll find a beautiful patio overlooking our pond and a propane grill for your use. Linens and towels are included. If a refresh is needed, we have a guest laundry facility onsite.

Quiet and comfortable

Worked out very well. The only thing I would say is it’s a 2 bedroom place. 1 bed was made with no bedding for the second bed. Guess their assumption was 2 people would sleep in the same bed-not always the case. The kitchen was really basic so if you plan to cook bring your gear
