We have everything needed to start your morning off bright with coffee brewer, grounds, Keurig, and k cups. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances (toaster, blender, baking pans, mixing bowls, salt, pepper, olive oil, measuring cups, etc). You will surely be able to cook almost all your home made meals here and if anything is missing please let us know.

Smart doorbell (with motion detection) as well as external security camera system for security purposes.

Guests have full access to the home - our home is comfortable and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Note: The fireplace in the unit is not accessible and may not be used.

Parking is in the driveway and garage as well as free street parking.

If anything is missed and you suspect it isn't fulfilling expectations, please kindly reach out to us. We will attempt to bring it to you within your stay.

Do not block the fire hydrant or the neighbor's driveway.

SAME DAY BOOKINGS:
Please note that check-in is any time after 7 pm (For same day check-ins, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be working on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know.

We have a 24/7 contact team during your stay that can be reached via VRBO app/text/call.

• The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless late check-out has been requested and agreed.
• Please load all dishes and start the dishwasher (if one is available)and hand-wash any excess dishes.
• Please throw away all trash and remove unused food from the fridge.
◦ If you have extra time, please put all trash in the garbage bins outside.
• Please turn the thermostat AC up to 89 and Heat down to 55 (especially in summer and winter months)
• Put the house manual, house key (if used), and garage key/remote (if applicable) back in the location where it was found.
• Lock all entry/exit doors.
• Please message us once you have left the property.

The hot tub was excellent! This place is very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. There’s a lot of amenities and places to eat grocery stores shopping, etc. all within a block of this rental. I highly recommend this to anybody. We will definitely be coming back!!

the house was very clean, freshly painted, conveniently located, had lots of hang out spaces, had almost everything we needed and was way more comfortable than a hotel. OH, and the beds were very comfy. We appreciated your clear communication!

Nightmare

Overall property inside and out was not as the pictures listed. The outside had not been kept up and there were cigarettes everywhere. The inside was minimally clean at best and things were falling apart such as the master shower head. This particular owner's properties are never as they are listed. Because the cleaning team that's hired are shady folks.
