Enjoy this ski-in, ski-out slope-side condo right at Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area – including complimentary access to the outdoor hot tubs, and dry sauna! Enjoy “first tracks” on the slopes just outside the door and in the summer, take advantage of the close mountain biking and hiking trails, as well as the Peak 8 Fun Park. This is a cool mountain getaway; you and your family and friends will love it!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a great retreat for up to eight guests. The living area features a stone gas fireplace, a Smart TV, and plenty of seating for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Right off the living room is a patio directly overlooking the slopes and base area; there’s a gas grill as well! The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and meals – that is, when you’re not exploring the great dining options at Peak 8 and downtown Breck. There’s seating for four at the counter.

There’s also a Breck Free Ride bus stop a five-minute walk from the condo. Other amenities include two covered parking spaces (please note that the garage ceiling height is six feet maximum), onsite coin-op laundry facilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Great location for ski in-ski out access to Peak 8 Breckenridge. Ski lockers were helpful so you don’t have to carry skis far from the slopes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience, the property location is incredible and made our ski days very convenient. The property was as advertised - getting to the ski lockers, hot tubs, and slope access took 30 seconds from the condo. Only suggestion is to offer more than one set of keys to renters.

Great Location - Very Dated

I would like to start with the good. The location is prime - it is steps from the base of peak 8 and is a TRUE ski in/out. Otherwise, the place fell short of expectations. The checkin process is odd, there are physical keys which is frustrating to have to keep up with on a slopes. The key is one of a dozen hanging lock boxes on a conduit in the garage - hard to find. The condo itself if very dated and poorly furnished. The kitchen chairs were falling apart - we had to set them aside because they had been screwed back together to many times. The condo has gross carpet throughout - it may even be original. This is a very bad idea for mountain side lodging. The hot water was very odd - the fixtures were so old that the valve could not make up its mind if the shower was going to be hot or cold - very hard to adjust. The maintenance man did come by quickly but there was nothing he could do - it just needs to be replaced. The bathroom door is about to fall off the hinges - truly. The curtains are sheer so at night you can see right through them and they block zero early morning light. The beds were falling apart and the headboards were essentially wedged between the mattress and the wall such that any movement created noise in the condo. The heat had two modes - everlasting torment & off Overall, poorly maintained, no consistent hot water and in need of updating - but a great location.
