Great spot

Perfect place for a two family stay. My wife, 9 y/o son, and I stayed with our friends (husband, wife and two teenagers). This was a perfect spot. Each family had their own private space due to the layout. Very easy walk to the Beaver Run lift. Ski-in/ski-out should be taken quite literally though....not conducive to snowboarders (re: end of snowflake run/snowflake lift). Very flat and moguled. That didn't matter because it was very easy to walk to snowflake lift or even Beaver run lift.Overall, from the communication with property management, convenient location, and cozy accommodations...we will be back for sure. Note: the pictures of the kitchen show a Keurig in one photo and a regular coffee pot in another. There is no Keurig...just fyi before you go to the market and stock up on K-cups before arrival like we did :)

Snowy breck retreat

From the minute we pulled up to the Vrbo to the minute we left it was all good. The cleanliness, kitchen utensils and pans, the spaces and the proximity to town were what we hoped for… can’t wait to come back!

Property was as described--its dated and so is furniture. and the location to ski down to the lift is perfect --short --half block walk. Beautiful location. Walking into town is downhill, uphill back..about a mile. Bus route is close. PILLOWS were TERRIBLE. hard and meant for back sleepers only. There should be a variety of options with 6 bed options available. Bring your own. Check in was delayed due to wrong codes given to us. BUT response was quick from team. We were there in time to check in during business hours.

Awesome place

Was a great experience it was super nice and clean, we were disappointed with the jacuzzi as the jets did not work properly, the air vents were siliconed in. However the over all experience was amazing and will definitely rent again in the future!

Summer Breckenridge Trip

Our family had an amazing time in Breckenridge in August. We visit every year in the winter for skiing and this was our first time in the summer. There were so many activities to do. The weather was perfect. Our rental was in a great location to walk to Main Street, to hike and bike nearby trails and enjoy nature. The house had plenty of room for our family. Enjoyed having the extra family room with a TV downstairs for the kids. The house was beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed.

Iliff Stay

Fantastic stay. 2 minute car ride or a 10 minute walk to Main Street. Location was perfect for us. 15 hour overnight drive from Chicago to Breckenridge was a bit exhausting. Arrived in Denver early and we were looking for something to do to kill time until check in. Late morning received an email giving us the ability to check in early. Extremely grateful for that opportunity. Upon arrival, immediately hit the bed for a quick nap. Comfortable beds. Upstairs bedroom gets a bit warm due to direct sunlight and no shade on the window above the lower shaded window. Easy fix. Opened window and placed fan on ledge. Bedrooms downstairs are between 10 to 15 degrees cooler. Plenty of space in main living area. Kitchen provided everything we needed with plenty of space as well. Highly recommend opening up a few windows overnight to cool off main living area and upstairs bedroom. Close windows and shades in morning to keep it cool during the day. Overall fantastic stay. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Plenty of bathrooms. Great amenities. Didn’t take advantage of the hot tub but will next time.

I can't think of anything that was wrong with this condo. We loved everything. It was clean, well stocked and in a great location. Plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Fantastic property

My family stayed at this property for Spring Break and had a great time. Master bedroom upstairs, two bedrooms and additional TV room downstairs (along with hot tub). Ground floor had half bath and a well equipped kitchen and living space. The place was clean and the proximity to the Snowflake lift and downtown Breckenridge was really nice.

Fabulous place to stay with Ski in and Ski out! Well equipped, clean, and spacious with access to the garage. Communication through the whole process was easy and we had no issues getting in the condo. They text and let us arrive early too. Close to town, maybe a mile away.

Ski Vacation Friendly

Home was spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of blankets, pillows and linens. Hosts were great communicators and very responsive. Bedrooms in the basement were cold, but space heater and blankets helped. Hot tub is right outside the bunkroom, so if you'll have to go through it in order to use it (unless you go all the around the house). Stay advertised as ski in ski out, but I would say more like ski in and short walk to slopes. Fairly easy access to Snowflake lift, but you do have to walk a short distance up hill to get to the slopes. We took the road to the walking path to get to the slopes, but it was pretty easy to ski home down the path (and road with snow coverage).

Wonderful family property

My wife and I brought our 4 kids (15,14,11, and 6) to Breckenridge for a quick Christmas ski trip. This property was absolutely perfect. The space worked so well having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus the extra half bath on the main floor was so nice. The private hot tub was an added benefit and helped everybody recoup after a long day of skiing. We found the location to be perfect. Just a quick drive down to main street and right by the largest parking area. I'm sure we could have walked if we wanted to but it was COLD (lol) and the walk home would have been pretty much uphill so the kids never wanted to do that! The ability to ski in and ski out was a little tricky but once we got the hang of the mountain the better skiiers were able to handle it. We couldn't have found a better place for this special memory making trip for our kids.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time. The house was super clean and very comfortable for our family of 5. We came for a skiing holiday and ski in/ski out was really convenient. Ski out was just a few steps across and down the street to get on the Snowflake run to ski down to the Snowflake lift. Ski in was also easy, taking the Snowflake run and from there just a few steps back to the house, we found it super easy and convenient.
