Fantastic!

Repeat guest to this property. Great location, only a few minutes away from Breck and < 45 minutes to Vail. Shuttle to Breck stops at the front door if you don't want to drive. Quiet development to walk your dog or go for a run. Condo itself is clean and well maintained, open layout downstairs good for guests / entertaining, brand new couches (!), well stocked kitchen, hot tub, nice bed and bathrooms. Thoughtful and responsive owner / manager(s). Will be back again.

It was lovely. Just what my family needed. My faves: the back deck and hot tub; the bed was very comfortable! Quick response to utility need/requests.

Great location. OK lodging

Entry light inoperative, Pet hair on carpet, Loose banister on lower half of stairs, Kitchen outlet inop-couldn't run garbage disposal - we fixed it ourselves. Water filter in fridge needs to be replaced. No front door key-made them aware on day 1, but they never brought one.Dishwasher was full upon arrival so we unloaded it. Not sure if the dishes were actually clean as the departure instructions say to run it even if there’s no dishwasher detergent. No kitchen sponge/dishcloth-called to ask and CS was like "kitchen washcloth" like it was the most preposterous thing ever asked for. She told me if I really needed one, to go buy one. Yet I'm required to hand wash any dishes before I leave that won't fit in dishwasher. Internet went out on our third night. Fixtures very dusty and the floors were VERY dirty (I used a wet Swiffer to get up some crumbs that we dropped and it was super dirty after a few passes in a small area.).Window open cranks-some don't work and Many Blinds are broken or don't work - On a previous review, the owner stated that this would be fixed by 2022-2023 ski season.There were no screens in the upstairs windows which made it stifling hot with all the window closed. We found a few in the main bedroom closet and installed them ourselves. Otherwise, it would have been too hot to sleep upstairs.Couches in terrible shape-finish is flaking off on couch and the pieces stick to your clothes (review two years ago- owner said they would be replaced)

Everything was great and main st was really close by

The place was really nice and clean. Sandy was quick to respond whenever I had a question. I recommend this place. My family and I really enjoyed Breckenridge and the house.
