New to our portfolio of conveniently located condos in the Breckenridge area!

The Retreat is conveniently located off 4 O'Clock Rd. With a minute's walk in any direction, easily access the Breck Free Ride shuttle for your ventures. A two minute walk will put you right at Peak 8's Snowflake Lift which also becomes hiking trail access in summer months. Don't worry about solely relying on shuttles and quick ski access; you're also a quick half of a mile, or 10 minute walk, to Breck's thriving Main Street!

Once you arrive, a welcoming den awaits for you to kick off your shoes and hang up your coats for nightly relaxation. On the main level, utilize the fully stocked kitchen to tackle any home cooked meal or relax in the living room with plentiful cozy couch seating. Be entertained by the smart TV residing above your tranquil gas fireplace.

On this same level is a spacious and relaxing room with two full sized beds. In the hall, utilize the full bathroom.

The top level completes the nightly sleep options with two additional bedrooms and a full hall bathroom. A large queen room with smart TV, has its own cozy sofa which converts into another queen bed for your additional guests.

The adjacent room has a twin bunk bed with smart TV, too!

Parking for two cars is available. Please note that you will be provided one parking permit as the other space is for garage use. The garage is for compact cars only.

Guests staying at The Retreat have exclusive access to the Village community pool area.  FYI for 2023: The Upper Village Pool will be closing for the season at 8PM on Sunday, April 16th. The pool will reopen on Friday, May 26th for the summer season.

Perfect location!

For a week's ski break, this cozy little apartment is all you need. Five minutes walk to Snowflake chairlift and about ten minutes to Main St. We will definitely be returning!

Great Location

Great Location. Great size for 4 adults and 2 kids. Property is super close to town and the Snowflake lift. Kitchen is small but well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. No measuring cup but we managed. Hot tub is a 2-minute drive, and the pool and tubs are great. Pool was open in the winter which was fun for the kids. Place was a little cold at night, but they had plenty of extra blankets for everyone. Would stay here again for sure.

Great condo in a perfect location

We had a great experience staying here. The location is within perfect walking distance to the slopes and to Main Street. The condo was very well equipped with towels, blankets, and cooking utensils. We loved the electric fireplace and the comfortable space. Thank you for a great experience!

Perfect Location

1 block to Snowflake lift & 2 blocks to downtown. The condo had everything we needed. I especially appreciate the little things that many properties don't supply (shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, lotion). Condo was clean, very nicely decorated and well supplied.
