Inside, the spacious living area and attached dining area provide an open concept feel that capitalizes on the superb views of the ski area through massive floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a big flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace where you can relax after a long day of exploring the mountains or historic downtown Breckenridge and catch your favorite show or the game. Outside, lounge on the big porch and soak in the views of the ski resort and Tenmile Mountain Range while you watch the skiers coming down 4 O'Clock Run. Just off the patio is the private indoor hot tub situated in its own tile enclosure providing a relaxing and private environment to enjoy a soak.

Ski Trip

It was a great location and size for our group, since we came to ski at Breck! The only issue we had was the parking, since the rental allowed just one vehicle and we had 3 vehicles.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place, excellent location!! Directly across the street from the bottom of the Lowest 4 O’Clock run made the end of the day easy! Ski check in the lobby and bus stops in front of the building made starting the day easy also. Condo was fantastic, private hot tub great! Ski rentals next door and only steps from Main Street completed the package!

Great location

The location was great, just a short 3-4 min walk to Main Street. The views were so beautiful from the patio. It was clean and we loved having the hot tub right in our place. We didn’t hear any neighbors but if you had the screen open you could hear the big trucks go by. It was nice to still have access to the resorts amenities, pool, snacks, garage parking. It was an excellent stay!

Great Spot

This is located right above the road, which provides for a great view but also road noise. Once we went to sleep we closed the windows and turned on noise machines that we always travel with; it wasn't a problem at night. It is a nice place everything is capable and works well.

A perfect spot to stay in Breckenridge

The private hot tub was amazing. Check in went smoothly. The gondola is a two minute walk downhill from the unit. If you know Breckenridge. There is a large parking garage next to the gondola. This unit is on the other side of that parking garage. You will not be sorry if you rent this unit.

River Mountain Lodge Upper Flume Condo

This is a remarkable property with impressive mountain views. While we visited in the summer, this would be a great place in Breck to stay during the ski season. Its only a 5 minute walk to the gondola and you can finish the day by skiing to directly across the street from the entry of River Mountain Lodge. The building is very convenient to the bustling downtown area - where everything is within walking distance.
