Perfect location for visiting Grand Tetons and Yellowstone while also at a work conference at Snow King. The number units were a little confusing as there are numbers on the wall however unit numbers are on the doors. No complaints, quiet neighborhood, all the necessities.
Very happy with the accommodations. The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed. Location was a very short drive to the town square. The only "issue" that we had concerned parking. If arriving back late in the evening it was challenging to find a parking spot in our designated area.
We loved our stay at the OutPost, it was perfect for us. We loved the view of Snow King Mountain and loved the town of Jackson. We will definitely be back. Thank you for being such great host and checking in on us through out our visit. You all are A++ Host. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!
Terrible! Had to eat out every meal because no screens in family room so coukd not blow aur through place. Did not indicate this when made reservation or would not have reserved

Hi Molly,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that the missing screen in the family room impacted your experience. While we weren’t able to have it installed prior to your arrival, we did make sure the home was equipped with multiple fans to help keep things cool during the warmer parts of the day.
We certainly understand that comfort is important when preparing meals at home, and we are disappointed to hear that this issue prevented you from using the kitchen altogether. The home is fully equipped for dining in, and many guests have found it to be a comfortable and functional space.
We truly hope that despite this issue, you were still able to enjoy the home and your time in Jackson.
All the best,

This property was conveniently located close to Snow King Mountain and in easy walking distance to the Town Square. As is common in many mountain towns, this apartment doesn't have A/C, which would have been fine but the screen was missing from the living room, so the apartment got a bit stuffy at night. The property manager did notify us right before check-in that the screen was scheduled to be replaced, but it was still not in place by the time we left. Aside from the somewhat warm sleeping temperature, our stay was lovely otherwise! Assuming the screen has been replaced, I would 100% recommend.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that the home’s proximity to downtown was a highlight.
We sincerely apologize that the living room screen wasn’t replaced during your visit as planned. We understand how this impacted your comfort in the evenings. We’re happy to share that the screen has since been replaced, and future guests will be able to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
We truly appreciate your understanding and your recommendation, and we’d love to welcome you back the next time you’re in Jackson.
All the best,

The townhome is totally sufficient and has plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking, towels, toilet paper, sheets, etc. The fold out bed in the living room is great for kids but not comfortable for older adults. The only down side would be that it's a pretty long walk to town and there isn't much of a patio but that wasn't a surprise. It did feel more like someones home and less like a rental property if that matters to anyone. We were lucky to find the place on such short notice and it was perfect for our stay. Communication was EXCELLENT.
The condo did not meet my satisfaction. Stained carpet, dark interior, so small, patio screen taped with blue painters tape and held with thumb tacks. Bathroom was outdated and tiny. Sink outside the bathroom. Kept my sandals on the entire stay.

Needs screens
Not having AC is fine but there needs to be screens in the windows. The main room was hot and very uncomfortable for sleeping. There were too many mosquitos to open the windows without a screen.

Hi Gregory,
Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Pitchfork 2403B. We sincerely apologize that there were no screens in the living room during your time with us. While AC is a rare amenity in Jackson, we absolutely agree that screens are a necessity in order to regulate the temperature without having mosquitos in the home. The temperature drops significantly in the evenings and we are disappointed to hear that you were not able to sleep comfortably despite having the bedroom window open.
We are currently working with the homeowner and a local contractor to have screens made for the living room windows and we hope to have these installed soon.
We truly regret that we did not provide you with a comfortable stay. We hope you would consider giving us a second chance if you ever return to the area. We would love the opportunity to welcome you back for a 5-star stay.
All the best,
The Outpost Crew
