PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
Upon arrival at our property, "Mammoth Creekside," you will ascend a flight of steps to access the upper lever corner unit. Take a quick moment to turn around, take a deep breath and take in the views of Mammoth Mountain before you enter via the digital smart lock.
Entry Room- You are greeted by hard surface flooring and space to remove your boots and shoes after a long day exploring and enjoying the mountains/lakes. Please use the convenient boot and ski storage when you arrive.
Living Room- Turn on the fire from the remote and watch the colors of the sunset change over the mountains from the west-facing balcony. Relax on a comfy oversized seating area and enjoy the 70-inch smart TV to unwind. Connect to the Marshall Bluetooth speaker to enjoy your favorite music as you settle under the vaulted ceilings and upgraded furnishings.
Kitchen- Unpack your cocktails and wine in the fully equipped kitchen with updated and modern appliances. Use the kitchen essentials as you cook for your group and enjoy the dining area for six and bar seating for 2. Like coffee? Yea, so do we, and so we provide you with your choice of a French press, moka-pot, or standard coffee machine. Our digital guidebook also walks you through some local recommendations on where to source locally roasted beans and freshly brewed beer! There is also a selection of tea for those looking to curl up by the fire with a good book and a cup of something warm.
Bedroom 1 (King Bed)- The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ample storage, a vaulted ceiling, a rocking chair overlooking the mountains, room-darkening curtains, a spacious ensuite, and a glass shower enclosure. In the summer, crack the window to hear the calming sounds of the creek running behind the property, and in the winter, enjoy the snowcapped mountain peaks which dominate the extensive window views.
Bedroom 2 (Queen Bed)- The second downstairs bedroom features a comfy queen-size bed, ample closet storage, room-darkening curtains, and another creekside mountain view picture window.
Oversized Sleeping Loft (Queen, Twin, and Optional Full Bed Floor Mattress)- Up the stairs, you will find a large loft area with a skylight to brighten the space further and provide a view of the stars from the bed. The loft features a loveseat, ample closet & storage space, options for sleeping 5, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and plenty of room for multiple people.
Bathroom 1 (located in Master Suite)- This bathroom is upgraded with hard surface countertops, a glass shower enclosure, premium towels, and high-end bath supplies to help you relax and unwind.
Bathroom 2 (located in the downstairs hallway)-The hallway bathroom is also upgraded with hard surface countertops, a glass shower enclosure, premium towels, and the same high-end bath supplies for your guests.
Bathroom 3 (located in the upstairs loft)- The largest of all the bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower and plenty of space for the family to get ready and utilize the comfy towels and the high-end bath supplies.
Additional Rooms- The townhome has a washer/dryer to help you feel at home and all the normal supplies you need for your stay.
Storage- No one likes to feel cramped or crowded, so use the large storage areas in the entryway, the bedrooms, and the additional loft storage room to keep your stay open and spacious.
You will have full access to the unit except for a few private storage and maintenance areas, so please feel free to make yourself at home and relax!
LOCATION DETAILS:
We are conveniently located within the coveted Snowcreek Development adjacent to the Snowcreek Athletic Club. We have access to the town walking/bike trail, shuttle stops, olf Course, and walking trails through the estuary.
Snowcreek is known for being a high-end development that is quiet and safe for families and groups looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Mammoth Lakes. Snowcreek is ideally situated for amazing views and easy access to all of the town's amenities by car, bike, or shuttle.
Extras- Be sure to enjoy the puzzles, hand-curated selection of books, and Marshall Bluetooth speaker. For families with small children, we have a Pack-n-play, booster seat, child-safe kitchenware, bibs, and a small selection of children's books and toys.
Outdoor Space & Community Access- Our neighborhood in Snowcreek has a large community Hot tub and sauna that you can access to relax and unwind after a long day hiking or on the slopes. If you want something more substantial, the Snowcreek Athletic Club is across the street and features a full gym, pools, sauna, spa...etc. Day passes are available at the club.
Parking- Upon arrival, you will find plenty of parking around the unit, and please note that a set of stairs are required to reach the entry door.
Ideally located just steps from the Snowcreek Athletic Club, Snowcreek Golf Course, the town walking/bike path, and a shuttle stop for the village, lakes, and the mountain!

Skye River Properties is the name of our small family business. The business is named after our daughters, whose middle names are Skye and River, so we made the natural connection and thought it had a nice ring to it :)
We are not some huge property management company that churns through guests. Instead, our properties are our actual family homes, and we take great pride in providing upscale and thoughtfully curated properties for discerning families, couples, and individuals to relax and unwind.
