This comfortable 1-bedroom condo with an enclosed loft and 2 bathrooms can accommodate up to six guests and is ideally located near the free shuttle, perfect for easy access to the Mountain during the winter months. You’ll also be close to shops, restaurants, the new ice rink, recreation center, bowling alley and scenic walking and biking trails. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy wood-burning stove. The living room features a flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo, and WiFi, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, while the loft includes a queen bed and a bunk bed with a full-size bottom bunk, along with a flat-screen TV/DVD, ideal for families or groups. The complex amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool (summer only), BBQ grill, Jacuzzi, tennis court and outdoor parking. The property is also located on the Green Shuttle Line for added convenience. There are grassy areas nearby where kids can play and enjoy the outdoors. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy amenities such as an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes. In the summer months, guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool, as well as tennis and pickleball courts. Guests will be provided with two parking passes. Solid place, matched listing, lots of space, great hot tub, host was responsive, would stay again. Check-in went well but adds a step because you have to go to the management office to pick up keys and parking passes. Drive to the resort and town were easy.

It was easy in easy out. The condo was a bit outdated, the beds in the loft were uncomfortable, but the skiing made up for it. We had a great weekend and can’t wait to go back again.

Spacious and cozy mountain getaway!

In need of a few upgrades ie Lino in upstairs bathroom is torn, carpet is old, no kitchen sink stops

Perfect for our family. Comfortable and roomy. Lots of dishes except for cereal bowls. Would have liked access to washer & dryer to do our own towels as driving to pick up replacements was not very convenient. Office off site has other draw backs too. Generally enjoyed a lot though.

Mammoth Ski Trip

Our stay was fine. The unit was clean, convenient and well heated. However, the unit needs maintenance and updating. The sink in the primary bedroom drained very slow. The shower/bath in the primary bedroom was not working correctly, difficult to get hot water. One of the blinds in the living room broke, just fell off. The lighting overall was poor. Overall we felt that the unit needs some updating and a handyman to look it over.

They are fairly cheap now and being able to watch a movie at night is a common expectation for guests. That TV is tiny for that corner space. A smart TV would also allow guests to access their own accounts on Netflix etc. Also the knives in the kitchen are virtually unusable for anyone expecting to actually cook a meal. A new set in there would be much appreciated for the next guests. Just sayin

Poorly Maintained Old Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing that good about the condo is the location. It seriously lacks maintenance. Here's the list:- Sliding glass door is broken, the lock does not work. - Blinds on the sliding glass door are gone, had to hang a blanket to get privacy.- Stove is old, burners have years of burnt on food that when you turn them on high, it burns off and smokes out the condo.- None of the windows open - literally none.- Chairs around the dining room table about to collapse - they wobble and are so old I did not feel they would hold me up.and on, and on, and on.Never ever will I stay at this place or rent from Mammoth Reservations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this condo is a great bang for the buck (I paid $314/night + $35 damage waiver fee). It comes with plenty of room to sleep 6 people in beds. The balcony is an awesome place to hang out on a sunny afternoon. Tall ceilings in every room. Closely located to the pool/spa. 2 minutes away from a bus stop.Cons:Furniture in the condo seemed outdated (couches were not very comfortable, TV was small/not the best). Many blinds/windows didn't work. Knives in the kitchen were extremely dull, and many common kitchen items were lacking (oil, salt/pepper, and basically any food item). Also, there was a strange odor near the ground floor bathroom. Maybe this was a result of the fan not working well.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok, but not worth the money. There was no cabinet/closet space (most was locked up for owner's use), the sliding glass door was broken (they sent over a repairman, but he still couldn't fix it), very limited kitchen products provided (no sugar, no cooking oil, no aluminum foil, etc). No BBQ on balcony as promised. No extra towels. No TV in the master bedroom. Only a few hangars.In summary, for about half the price, it would have been fine.

Perfect for a ski trip!

Easy check in process (contact-free), clean property, lots of space, exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway in mammoth! Only downside - hot tub in the complex wasn't on at all. There wasn't anything saying that it was closed, so that was a bummer. Otherwise, a great experience!
