3 BR 2 BA Ski-in & Ski-out, 50 steps to ski run, unbelievable location!

This condo is all about location! 201 juniper springs dr 93546 Enjoy being located on the mountain, walk out of the condo, walk 50 steps, strap in, and ski down to the chair lift (eagle express chair 15). This condo is on the first floor and provides very easy access to the famous Mammoth Mountain. Being on the first floor is a great amenity because after a hard day of skiing, just walk right into the front door with no need to get on an elevator with all your gear. Walk through the entry door of the condo and be greeted by a living room (including a sofa with a pull out full bed & 60 inch tv with sound bar), dinning area with seating for six, and a gourmet kitchen with bar seating for three. There are three bedrooms; two bedrooms on the south side of the condo (primary with king bed & guest room/office with two twin beds), on the north side of the condo you will find the 3rd guest bedroom (queen) and guest bathroom. Enjoy 2 balconies in the condo, one from the living room and one off of the primary bedroom. Both balconies have wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Another great reason that this condo stands out is that right out of the entry door the condo joins a beautiful great room, hot tub, heated pool, ice machine, vending machines, and coin operated laundry room. During the summer enjoy the community BBQs and lay out by the pool. During the summer there are many great activities and that includes a 5 minutes drive to Sierra Star golf course, a championship 18 hole course that winds through the pine trees and provides a beautiful mountain setting. Enjoy hitting the ball further than ever before at 8,000 feet above sea level! This is the highest golf course in California! In the summer enjoy world class hiking, mountain biking, fishing, fly fishing kayaking, and so much more! In the winter enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing. Very family friendly condo that is accustomed to/for children. There is also a free shuttle to most of Mammoth during their hours of operation. The town of Mammoth provides many great activities. Enjoy local breweries, a state of the art bowling alley, a movie theater with reclining seats, great dinning options, shopping, and so much more! Do not hesitate to book this condo for your stay! Everything was worry free from the condo itself to the communication with the owner! We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Mammoth! The location was perfect—ski in ski out. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. It was comfortable and convenient to locker storage, laundry, gym and hot tub. Communication with the owner was excellent—responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
