This property has been completely remodeled, offering a fresh take on a modern mountain home. It is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that comfortably accommodates 6 people. The open living area offers a sophisticated space with spectacular mountain views, large flatscreen TV, an ambient gas fireplace, and new carpet throughout. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa couch, comfortable dining area, and remodeled kitchen with new tile floors, updated cabinets, solid stone granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for cooking a delicious meal. Off the main living area, there is a private patio with seating area overlooking the stunning scenery.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, with closet space and dresser for ample clothing storage. The ensuite bathroom has new tile floors, a walk-in shower that has been renovated with new tile and a custom shower pan, and a solid stone granite countertop vanity.

The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, with closet and dresser. It has stunning mountain views from the window. The second bathroom is shared with the common living area. There are brand new tile floors, a granite countertop vanity, and updated tile in the shower/tub.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Juniper Springs Resort. There is a year-round heated pool, 3 jacuzzis, in-building laundry room with coin-machine, gym, and secure garage parking.

There is 1 parking pass permitted for this property - park in any open space available in the heated, underground parking garage. Please ensure parking pass is visible in your vehicle.

**Please note the jacuzzi/pool area will be closed for maintenance starting 4/13/2026 for approximately 3 weeks.

** Important: Ski-in/ski-out available ONLY when Chair 15 and Little Eagle Lodge are open (please see Mammoth Mountain website for details).
