Great location for ski in/out as long as your group can handle blues. The walkout isn’t too bad and you can pretty much ski to your door coming back in. Spectacular views of the mountain from the kitchen and living area. Very clean and everything you need to cook is provided. The kitchen was really well organized. Great to have a fireplace with wood provided and the Jacuzzi tub after a day on the slopes. Would definitely stay here again.
The unit is great for a family. The loft is up a steep flight of spiral stairs, but the teenage boys loved it. The unit is cozy. The run down to Canyon Lodge is a short walk away if you are able to handle a black diamond and this unit is as close as you can get to it. We didn't use the easier run down to Eagle Lodge, but we did see that it is not far either. The kitchen is very well stock with everything you would need. I made dinners for 6 every night and felt that everything I needed was there. The wood burning stove was awesome and chopped wood is provided. The only thing I would say that isn't the best is the garage. It is SMALL. I have a Acura RDX and it fit with inches to spare. There is additional parking available a short walk away though. The management is EXTREMELY helpful with anything you need. There is coin operated laundry available a 3 minute walk away.
We highly recommend and would stay here again.
The house finishes were even nicer than the images showed. Linens and pillows were new, luxury hotel quality and the house was extremely well stocked with towels, kitchen gear, etc.
The views from the living room and kitchen are incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed (including items the listing said aren’t included). Appliances all work great.
The management company is excellent. They are very communicative and even went above and beyond and shipped me a sweatshirt home that I forgot. Check in is contactless and easy.
To note:
The garage is tight. Our XC90 fit, but I don’t think a suburban would. Laundry is off-site, in the condo community area, not the unit (we didn’t use it).
Ski-in/Ski-out
Skiing back to the unit is easy. It’s a privately groomed little trail off an easy run. It has some uphill, so without enough speed you’ll end up walking a little. No big deal. The ski-in run ends about a 100 ft walk back to the unit. Easy.
Skiing out is a little tougher. You have two options - a longer (5-8 minute) walk back uphill to the easier run or a shorter uphill walk (2-4 minutes) to a run that deposits you on a black diamond. Fine for better skiers.
Alternatively you can drive/walk to the other edge of the condo complex, which is more like a blue to ski out.
We had a family of 4 - 1 beginner skiers could only ski-in, not out. Just worth knowing. It’s a very short and easy drive to the lift (3-4 minutes) so it’s easy to just drop people off. Just know it’s not exactly like being “on a run” where you just go out the back door and start skiing.
- wonderful home, thanks for having us!
The cabin was really nice and right by the slopes. The kitchen was well taken care of and everything was very clean and professional. The wood fireplace was a great touch. The only downsides are that you have to go to the office to check in and 2/3 bedrooms are very small and the upstairs bedroom is up a very steep staircase. Not the biggest deal, still loved the place overall.
Conveniently located and a nice place to come back to after a full day of skiing.

Gorgeous and perfect location but immunities less than ideal.
This condo’s location was supreme but it’s condition was more along the lines of a 200/night property. The kitchen was poorly stocked so plan to bring EVERYTHING you need to make a meal. Also, the bedding was thread bare and old so bring that as well. Sinks were leaking and door handles were broken. Very run down.
