The dock was amazing and fishing was great!The beds were very comfortable. There was room for 18 of us to spread out. Kitchen is small for that many but it was well stocked.

Great for Groups

We had 16 adults for an extended family weekend getaway and this property had plenty of room for all of us comfortably. Fabulous main floor with great sunroom & large bedrooms/bathrooms. Great dock. Kitchen a bit small, but functional - would stay here again!

Ozark golf trip

This property was perfect for our golf group of 8 in the Ozarks. Great location if you are playing The Oaks, Osage National and Old Kinderhook. House was very clean and the management company made the stay very easy. Will absolutely rent this property again for our next trip.

Great home and location for our family gathering

The house was great for our annual week long Thanksgiving gathering with our kids and grandkids. The house was well stocked and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare large meals and Thanksgiving dinner. There was lots of room for everyone to spread out and the large, heated sun room was a great place for everyone to gather together. Pamela was great to work with both before and during our trip, quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

Golf Trip

Overall a good experience. The home was clean and very spacious. Unfortunately the water heaters were turned off. The water pressure was poor if more than one person was showering at a time. Besides those two things the home had everything needed for a vacation and then some. Our group will look to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful and Roomy

There was plenty of space for everyone. Only downfalls were the basement was cold and the outlets in the upstairs bathrooms weren’t working. Otherwise, it had a beautiful view and everything we needed for our stay.

Great place in a great location

Really enjoyed our Christmas-time stay at this property. I was well appointed and fit our large family gathering (10 adults, 7 kids) well. Loved that there were 3 big gathering spaces (lower level, kitchen area, and sunroom). The place was well stocked with basic necessities and the owners were great at communicating. We did not have any issues that occurred during our stay. We really like that it was only a 10-15 minute drive to get into Osage Beach and grab food, groceries, or shop. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was great. Kept up-to-date and very clean. Minimal signs of wear and tear. Kitchen had all necessary utensils and related items. Plenty of parking. The dock was in excellent shape and great for hanging out with family and friends. Swimming of the dock was perfect. Air conditioning, which has been a problem for us at other lake houses in the past, was perfect at this property (granted, the outside temperature was only in the mid-80s). Location on the lake was great with access to groceries and restaurants very close by. Probably the best part of the experience was how professional the management company was. Consistent and clear communication from booking until departure. That has not always been the case with other rental companies (we have been renting lake houses for over a decade and this was by far the best experience in this regard). Overall, I would highly recommend this property for groups and families.

Tucked away beauty

This property was all that i thought was and more. I visited the property first by myself and my family came a day later. It was a blessing to spend time here alone. I actually got a little turned around in the downstairs because there is so much space. Which is a great thing!! Everyone had their privacy but had many spaces to be together. I'm not sure if they hadn't truly opened it up for the season yet because it hadn't been throughly cleaned but honestly, it was not anything to contact the property manager about. It was close to a lot of places for an adventure and fun! My only wish is that we would have come here later in the summer to play in the water too. I definitely recommend this property!!
