Flat is located within Ilha Flat Hotel **** Condominium, it has mini kitchen, integrated living room and bedroom, a private bathroom, free parking for one vehicle.

Expectativas excedidas

Desde antes da reserva o Sr Fernando foi muito solícito aos emails respondendo prontamente à todas dúvidas. Li todos os comentários dos hóspedes anteriores e minha dúvida principal era em relação a acomodação para minhas filhas de 12 e 16 anos, pois na foto seria um sofá-cama parecendo ser duro. Na realidade é uma bi-cama com 2 colchões novos e bem confortáveis. A cama do casal tb é nova, grande com pillow e tivemos excelentes noites. Todos os itens do quarto funcionam muito bem (ar/ ventilador/ micro-ondas/ cafeteira/ tv, chuveiro excelente) A equipe do Hotel foi super simpática, a localização excepcional, pois embora a praia em frente não esteja entre as melhores para banho, podemos apreciar o melhor por do sol, alugar caiaques, bicicletas, pois possui uma incrível ciclovia e pista de cooper que liga toda extensão da praia do Pereque até o centro histórico. No hotel funciona um excelente restaurante japonês, a noite é rodízio, porém, no almoço é por quilo. O café da manhã não está incluso (30,00/ pessoa em jan/22), mas pode ser adquirido um pacote no check in com melhor valor. Enfim, a infraestrutura da ilha nos impressionou muito. Voltaremos com certeza.

Um lugar perfeito

Nossa estada de 12 noites/13 dias foi muito boa. A infra estrutura do Flat é bem completa. O local é silencioso, os arredores possuem tudo o necessário (mini shopping, farmácias, supermercado, restaurantes, lanchonete 24h, sorveteria, etc), a praia fica atravessando a rua - com quiosques, aluguel de caiaques, parquinho, e chuveiro publico. O flat tem uma boa piscina, quadra de tênis, salão de jogos, e muito arborizado internamente. A equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa e prestativa. A limpeza do quarto é muito boa. O quarto tem bons itens - microondas, cafeteira, TV a cabo, internet coletiva e ar condicionado. O chuveiro é muito bom. Apesar de não percebermos mosquitos/borrachudos no hotel, mantivemos um aparelho de tomada 24h no quarto pois viajamos com uma criança pequena. Adoramos o local e retornaremos um dia com certeza. O proprietário do nosso quarto foi igualmente prestativo, sanou todas as dúvidas, e em resumo, é uma simpatia de pessoa. Muito obrigado!
