House with excellent location inside Cap´Dantibes Condo, 100 meters from Guaecá Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the region, with white and soft sand. The sea changes from day with waves to days that it seems a swimming pool. Very pleasant and calm beach, mainly for children, because it´s not a crowded place and there is security 24 hours a day. 150m2 built area in a 404 m land. 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 suite), living room and dining room, complete kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher. Laundry room, TV, ceiling fan in all bedrooms and living rooms. Accommodation for up to 8 people in beds and two extra mattresses. There is one balcony in front of the house with hammock. Complete Covered barbecue area behind the house.
