The Corner of the Baron is a gated community that has 24 hour security, two swimming pools for adults and children, a multi-purpose indoor games court, playground, and internet access (wi-fi).

Its location is prime, facing the beach Boiçucanga, the square sunset (considered the best by the North coast sun) and the skate park. Next the health center, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, gas stations and bakeries.

Boiçucanga is 168 km from São Paulo, with easy access from the Rio-Santos highway, between the beaches of Cambridgeshire (2 km) and Maresias (7 km). And has several other options beaches and waterfalls.

Foi boa a estadia na casa do Sr Francisco! Tinha tudo que precisamos para passar bem os dias. Ar condicionado funcionando em ambos oss quartos, ventiladores de teto também em todos os ambientes! Cozinha com todos os utensílios necessários! Sugiro melhorar as fotos e nas informações retirar banheira e forno elétrico pois não tem na Casa! Lugar seguro em condomínio fechado com área de laser. Sr Francisco me atendeu rapidamente quando precisei falar com ele!

A casa é perfeita, dentro de um condominio maravilhoso. Todo mundo é super educado e prestativo. Tem comercio proximo e a praia é de frente ao condominio. A unica questão é que a praia é como uma "morro", mas é só tomar cuidado para não escorregar que da para aproveitar muito, a areia é braquinha e o mar clarissimo. Os moveis da casa são otimos, tudo muito limpo. Seu francisco também foi super atencioso desde o começo, fica a disposição o tempo que for necessario. Achei otimo, certamente voltarei :)

Casa bonita e aconchegante

Passamos um fds no imóvel e se pudéssemos ficaríamos mais. A casa é aconchegante e o condomínio é bem tranquilo. Bem próxima da praia, mercados e centrinho de São Sebastião. O proprietário é muito simpático e prestativo. Infelizmente não acessamos a piscina pois estava fechada por conta da fase vermelha do estado de SP.
