House with unique design, very airy with large vaans leaving the house always clear and fresh. Cross ventilation.
Built and decorated for his own use with beautiful landscaping and green area. Right next to the sea, with the beach easement entrance just outside the condominium. We also have staff to take care of the house and your stay, please inquire about the conditions of hiring.
The house also has 1 bedroom and extra bathroom for independent official.

Maravilhosa!!!!

Já estivemos por duas vezes na casa. O imóvel é lindo e muito bem consevado. Das duas vezes ficamos no mesmo quarto, cuja cama é deliciosa. A casa tem uma linda decoração e é muito bem arejada. A parte de utensílios nos permite cozinharmos o que quisermos, sem contar com o trabalho da Zuleide que eleva a casa ao status de hotel. Mas o que faz de fato a diferença é o atendimento do Felipe que é extremamente gentil!!!!

Casa maravilhosa!

A casa é maravilhosa, exatamente como nas fotos, muito bem cuidada, e arejada! Passamos uns dias bem agradáveis e tranquilos, a casa fica próxima a praia (130 mts aproximadamente), fomos com crianças, então isso facilitou bastante. O proprietário Felipe muito atencioso, nos orientou tudo sobre a casa e a praia! Apesar de não ter comércio na praia da Baleia, tem tudo nas praias vizinhas e é de fácil acesso, cerca de 10 a 15 min chegamos a um supermercado, por exemplo. Casa recomendadíssima!

Excelente casa para alugar com a família, realmente a casa é como as fotos são demonstradas, arrumada, conservada e equipada com todos os utensílios domésticos. Fomos bem atendidos pelo proprietário, a empregada é excelente!!! Um porém qdo ir com crianças o ideal é levar um portãozinho para impedir que as crianças subam sozinhas na parte superior. Milena
