House with unique design, very airy with large vaans leaving the house always clear and fresh. Cross ventilation.
Built and decorated for his own use with beautiful landscaping and green area. Right next to the sea, with the beach easement entrance just outside the condominium. We also have staff to take care of the house and your stay, please inquire about the conditions of hiring.
The house also has 1 bedroom and extra bathroom for independent official.

O imóvel muito próximo a praia, agradável e conta com um grade diferencial que é a Zuleide que tira da sua viagem toda aquela parte chata com os cuidados domésticos. Felipe é uma pessoa muito bacana e flexível.

Casa maravilhosa!
A casa é maravilhosa, exatamente como nas fotos, muito bem cuidada, e arejada! Passamos uns dias bem agradáveis e tranquilos, a casa fica próxima a praia (130 mts aproximadamente), fomos com crianças, então isso facilitou bastante. O proprietário Felipe muito atencioso, nos orientou tudo sobre a casa e a praia! Apesar de não ter comércio na praia da Baleia, tem tudo nas praias vizinhas e é de fácil acesso, cerca de 10 a 15 min chegamos a um supermercado, por exemplo. Casa recomendadíssima!

Final de semana perfeito!!!
O proprietário, Felipe, foi muito atencioso desde o momento da elaboração do contrato até a saída da casa. Respondia prontamente as mensagens e nos deu varias dicas. A casa é TOP e tem uma diarista de confiança. fica a 130 metros da praia. Voltaremos com certeza!

A locação superou minhas expectativas.
Casa com arquitetura minuciosa, presente no conforto, iluminação, decoração, quartos grandes e independentes, salas de estar e jantar ótimas. Piscina e paisagismo relaxantes e aconchegantes.
O proprietário Felipe muito atencioso.
A praia é PERFEITA.

Exclente Casa
Excelente casa para alugar com a família, realmente a casa é como as fotos são demonstradas, arrumada, conservada e equipada com todos os utensílios domésticos. Fomos bem atendidos pelo proprietário, a empregada é excelente!!! Um porém qdo ir com crianças o ideal é levar um portãozinho para impedir que as crianças subam sozinhas na parte superior. Milena
