House with 4 suites in a gated beachfront community - Guaratuba

With award-winning architectural design, the house comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. There are four suites, all with air conditioning, plus bedroom and maid's bathroom, toilet, large living rooms and dining (integrated with a nice balcony) with fireplace. The balcony has barbecue with chimney for a perfect exhaust (no smoke during the barbecue). The house is fully equipped with modern furniture, new, two large refrigerators (one side by side), washer machine and dryer, spaces for four cars. Some steps across the lawn and you will be one of the best beaches on the north coast of São Paulo (12 km after the Riviera de São Lourenço), an Atlantic forest area completely preserved and listed by IBAMA. The beach is flat, ideal for sports such as tennis, jogging, cycling. The sea is calm and clean. The 200 meters is the river Guaratuba, clean and perfect water for a bath of fresh water and the practice of sports such as stand up paddle and kayak. The home is in the gated community of Pontal Guaratuba (with 24 hour security), near the open court The condo Costa del Sol.

Comodidade e conforto

O imóvel fica em um pequeno condomínio dentro do condomínio de Guaratuba. Muito seguro e com serviço de montagem de renda na praia. Imóvel de ótima qualidade, com utensílios e equipamentos de primeira. O Wilson foi muito solícito e o suporte da Cris sensacional! Recomendo!

Praia diferente...casa excelente e algo mais

Praia diferente daquelas que normalmente vou. Mas deu para caminhar, praticar stand up, nadar, curtir os amigos e .... principalmente a casa, que tem a Cris. Foi amor a primeira vista. Delicia acordar com seu bom humor, sua disposição e sua lindeza.

Casa excelente!

Esta casa fica localizada em condomínio pé na areia: tem um projeto fantástico e uma localização privilegiada! A expectativa gerada pelas fotos foi 100% atendida. O imóvel está muito bem conservado e a cozinha muito bem equipada. O proprietário é muito atencioso. Sem dúvida é um imóvel que redefine a experiência perfeita de praia.
