HOUSE ... GROUND FLOOR, BEING: BEDROOM ROOM WITH CONJUGATED KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND BALCONY. PARKING FOR 1 VEHICLE, TENNIS COURT, MINI FIELD SOCYTE AND BASKET, AND SWIMMING POOL, ARE PART OF THE COMMON AREA.
In Condomínio, with privileges of location in the most beautiful Coast of the Coast of São Paulo, a magical architecture, in the best Mediterranean style and the feeling of being in the field, being a few meters from the sea and everything with total security.
Common Areas: Tennis court, swimming pool, restaurant (running only in the summer season) and restricted and direct access to the beach (walk in the sand).
Service of placing of "ombrelone" on the beach, for the condominium.
Access to the beach is private and you can count on the services of the pool bar, on the beach.
All staff are reliable and have many years of home.
Both accesses to the condominium with 24 hour concierge.
Cozy, the property, features Air Conditioning, ceiling fans in living room and bedroom, satellite TV, clothes dryer, kitchen utensils, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, refrigerator and dehumidifier (which must be kept off during the stay).

Condomínio super agradável, em ambiente ideal para família com crianças, em meio a muita natureza e acesso direto à praia com privacidade. Passei o feriado do dias das crianças, com minha esposa e meus dois filhos um de 4 anos e o outro de 10 meses, o apartamento do Sr. José Carlos é uma graça, nos atendeu super bem, fora as cadeiras de praias e a bicicleta que quebram um galhão, o condomínio é maravilho, para quem tem criança o lugar é perfeito, meu filho de 4 anos fez vários amiguinhos, fora que o condomínio ti passa uma segurança e tranquilidade, assim que possível retornaremos. Sr. José Carlos obrigado atenção conosco, espero que em um futuro próximo podemos retornar.

Um sossego!

A casa é confortável e o condomínio muito sossegado e seguro. Desde o ano passado houve melhorias, como no salão de jogos, diversão garantida para crianças e adultos. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Além disso, tem o moço dos churros que vai todas as noites!!! José Carlos também foi muito atencioso e prestativo conosco. Com certeza voltaremos!
