Eu e minha família nos sentimos em casa! Ao chegarmos no apartamento ficamos impressionados com a vista. Sobre as fotos, o apartamento é ainda mais bonito e aconchegante. Arejado, fresco, limpo, bem decorado e dividido, com tudo muito bem organizado. A facilidade com que se acessa a praia é ótima, prática e bonita. O Antônio foi sempre simpático ao sanar nossas dúvidas e a equipe do prédio prestativa. Muito obrigada e até a próxima!!! :))

O ap é grande, a sacada é grande, vista maravilhosa, mto perto da praia, serviço de praia, ar condiconado bom nos quartos. Churrasqueira boa, o prédio tbm é mto bom, só elogios. O proprietário tbm sempre disposto a ajudar. Excelente!!

Excelente localização superando as expectativas. O apartamento é bem decorado e todos os equipamentos funcionaram a contento. O proprietário forneceu todas as informações necessárias e outras dúvidas rapidamente. O edifício é bem mantido com boa piscina, cadeiras na praia mas o destaque foi a máquina de gelo muito útil. Certamente voltaremos.

Apartamento bacana !

Imóvel dentro dos padrões do anuncio, referente a pé na areia, é quase, na verdade deve dar uns 100 mt da areia, mas nada que atrapalhe além de ser um caminho privado só para moradores pelo lindo gramado até a praia. O Sr. Antonio sempre que solicitado nos atendeu de imediato ! Piscina com aquecimento muito fraco, passamos frio, em um determinando horário deu para perceber inclusive que o aquecedor da piscina estava desligado. Sugestão, faltou apenas uma tela de proteção para crianças que daria mais tranquilidade para quem tem crianças pequenas. Mas no geral o apartamento é bom e tem uma linda vista!
