About this property

This apartment is located on the 4th floor with a great view of the magnificent wide beach, with private parasols and local bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment has a large terrace and outdoor barbecue. Inside there are 3 good bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. All in very good condition and light colors. The pool area is safe and beautiful with a BBQ, ice machine, restrooms and playground for small children. There is a private garage with space for two cars. The apartment complex is guarded 24 hours a day for added security. The area is quiet and peaceful. A supermarket is located within walking distance. Many other shops can be found within walking distance and the cozy downtown Bertioga is less than two miles away.

Hospedagem perfeita!

Adoramos o apto, é completo!! Nos hospedamos na ultima semana do ano! Tudo limpo e organizado, próximo de comércios. Funcionários e vizinhos muito solícitos, serviço de praia excelente, apto todo com rede de proteção e uma varanda ampla com churrasqueira! O proprietário Carlinhos sempre gentil em responder nossas dúvidas!! Passamos ótimos dias em familia e com certeza voltaremos!
