Weekend getaway

It is a very cozy cabin in a great location. The host was super helpful with things to do in the area. The extra amenities were a great touch too! Definitely will be returning.

Getaway

This was the perfect getaway spot for my wife and myself. The cabin was an excellent basecamp for our adventures in the area, and the hosts were extremely helpful with their tips and recommendations about the region. We will definitely be booking vacations here in the future.

Fall getaway

We stayed for 5 nights in early October, and used the property as a base for hiking trips in the area. The owner met us at check-in---friendly and welcoming. The property was perfectly clean, modern, attractive, and comfortable---wonderful place to stay, in a convenient location for the side trips we wanted to make.

Recently my wife and I stayed at The cabin for 2 days the cabin is really clean and had everything we need to cook and enjoy a couple of relaxing days in upper Michigan. Mike the host is great and spent some time telling us about the area and some attractions that we could go to. We had a great time at the cozy cabin

Great cozy cottage

Everything was clean and in good working order. The owner stopped by to ensure all was good and provided great information about things to do. The bathroom was a little small, but great experience overall and would definitely stay there in the future

True to its name "Paradise"

This was our first visit to Paradise. Bay View was exactly as advertised and more. We were celebrating our anniversary. From the beginning of our visit to the end everything was fantastic. The host was available and made sure we had everything required for a great stay. I cannot recommend any improvements to this property and highly suggest if you are visiting the area, you consider this slice of heaven. Roger & Donna from Virginia

PERFECT!

We had a wonderful experience at this cabin. It was as described, clean, and a perfect location for us. I was happy they provided soap, standard cleaning supplies and even coffee for people like me who forgot mine. Mike the host was wonderful to meet and we look forward to staying there again.

Great location for everything

Great central location to everything that we wanted to do on our UP Fall getaway. The cabin is very cute and cozy. We loved watching the sunrise in the morning while drinking our coffee and curling up next to the fireplace at the end of the day. Mike was great to deal with and check in was flawless. I felt the only thing lacking maybe was small kitchen items. But overall, it was everything we needed for a perfect getaway to our favorite place.

Amazing Cabin and host

This cabin was exactly what we were looking for- beautiful location, very clean and provided so many conveniences. You won’t need to bring anything except your toothbrush, clothes, and food! The host was very informative and even provided great information for touring spots in the area which we would otherwise not have discovered on our own. Playground out front for kids, view of Lake Superior, great screened in porch to relax in without the worry of mosquitoes, even were provided with charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill. Definitely plan to return!

Cozy Cottage

This cozy 2 bedroom (with queen beds) was perfect for 2 couples. Everything was immaculately clean! We were able to wake up to beautiful sunrises over the lake, just across the street from us. Our hosts were very friendly and offered many suggestions for places to visit on day trips. We were able to visit Pictured Rocks, the light houses, the Oswald Bear Ranch, Tahquamenon Falls, and Sault Ste. Marie from our cottage. We highly recommend this cottage for a central location to many activities in eastern U.P.

Family getaway

Loved the stay, cabin is small and is not directly on the lake, just across the road, still very awesome view..very nice! Mike the host was extremely nice and knowledgeable of the area and gave us great service and tips. Spent the last two nights yooper hunting! And we actually found some!! So cool! This was our very first time doing vrbo. Hoping we did everything correctly.. and to Mike, we are so sorry if we didn't.. very much recommend this for a getaway!

Cute cabin in Paradise!

My family (my husband and our two teen kids) and I had a great 3 night stay at this cute cabin. The cabin had everything that we needed and was very clean! We spent most of time out and about site seeing and it is very close to scenic places to see like Whitefish Point and the falls. There are some really good restaurants and a market for groceries close by. This was a great place to come back to at the end of day to relax, watch tv and rest. It was a very peaceful place to stay. The owner was very nice and welcoming. He was great to talk to and had many suggestions on places to see and things to do. Would definitely recommend this cute little place in Paradise!

UP Trip with Sisters

The 3 of us took a trip to the UP, and wanted to stay in Paradise, as we spent a lot of time there with our family growing up (a REALLY long time ago :). We found this cottage on VRBO. It was right down the road from the cabin our uncle built in 1970. The cottage exceeded all expectations. Absolutely spotless. Michael was extremely friendly and easy to work with. There is a Keurig on site as well as coffee cartridges, sugar and creamer. Provided toiletries ! Beds were comfortable. Nice charcoal grill with a can full of charcoal and grill tools. Has a fire pit with wood. The beautiful screen porch allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without being eaten by mosquitoes. Great location as well. These old broads had a great time and will certainly return. Thanks, Michael !

Birthday getaway weekend

Excellent cozy cottage. Spotless inside, and Mike was a very good in communicating with us. Great water view and perfect spot to restaurants. Everything we needed. I even had a little beautiful birthday cake that was made from Mikes wife waiting in the refridgerator.

Perfect Fall weekend in Paradise

The cabin was perfect! Beds were SO comfortable, shower pressure was great, electric fireplace was easy to use and warmed up the whole cabin in minutes on a chilly Autumn evening. So great to have a firepit, and even wood was provided! A full moon completed a perfect U.P. vacation.

4 Days in Paradise

Wonderful stay! Everything about the cabin met and exceeded our expectations. The host is very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable on the Paradise area and the Upper Peninsula in general. We used to stay at the Magnuson Hotel but will now be staying here whenever in the area.
