Additionally, on the second floor, the home accommodates more guests comfortably with a cozy third bedroom featuring a double and single bed, a fourth bedroom perfect for kids or smaller guests with two charming bunk beds comprising four single beds. Each room is designed to provide a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The second floor also boasts an open kitchen, dining and living area with a 85” TV with surround sound.

Our stay was one of the best that we’ve experienced in Rockport! We go to Rockport every year as a family and this beautiful house was everything that we could ask for! Jim was extremely responsive and accommodating to our family and we are so grateful! This is one of the few properties that we’ve seen that has a fenced in yard, which was perfect for our pups.

Had a wonderful family vacation over the 4th of July! House is beautiful, clean, and able to accommodate our large family comfortably. The home had everything we could possibly need. Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We had a great time fishing from the dock as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Perfect Coastal Getaway in Rockport, TX

What an amazing house for a family getaway in beautiful Rockport! The location is amazing, quietly nestled between Salt Lake and Copano Bay you can enjoy the outside fire pit while the kids play ping pong and fish off the dock. Plenty of space for a large family (there were 11 of us) and you will feel completely at home. Jim and his wife have thought of everything that you could possibly need to be comfortable and entertained. Don’t look any further, you need to stay here!

Magnificent property

The house was wonderful and the whole property was beautiful. Everything was well maintained and the kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, and even seasonings and spices. We loved the jacuzzi and fishing off the dock. My son and I both caught a couple of black drum. All in all, I highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group looking for a place to right on the water.

Amazing House

We have rented multiple Airbnb’s in Rockport, but by far this house was the best. Amazingly clean, cozy, relaxing. House is beautifully decorated and stocked with things you may need. Location is great and private dock is a huge plus since my family loves to fish. Check-in and communication with manager was easy and smooth. Great fire pit outside with tons of extra water activities available to use with the rental. We will definitely be renting again when we visit Rockport. Can’t wait to see the pool for summer vacations.

Heron Lake House sits between Salt Lake and Copano Bay, the backyard backs up to the lake and Copano Bay is across the street. Watch the sunrise from one side of the house and the sunset from the other, this house offers the best of both worlds.

What makes this property unique

Heron Lake House is a custom 3 story home that offers enjoyment, comfort and style for your entire family. located on Salt Lake and only 3 miles to local restaurants and grocery stores. Our welcome book will have some of our favorite local places to eat and visit. There is so much to do here you won't want to leave. Kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, fishing from the private pier which lights at night. Pool/Ping Pong table, cook dinner on the outdoor grill or roast hotdogs and make s'mores over a campfire. Top off your night by relaxing in the hot tub. Both master bedrooms offer private bathrooms and luxurious mattresses and pillows. There's plenty of room for your entire family to spread out and be comfortable. Please limit pets to small medium size.
