The property (3600 sq ft) can be rented as a whole house, or as individual units. This listing is for Unit B. Units A and B can be adjoining units by using an enclosed indoor stairwell. Unit B is a 2 bedroom, ground-level, unit that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The fenced-in yard allows for privacy, and this unit features a covered outdoor patio for coffee and relaxation in the morning.

This property is located 0.2 mile from the beach and newly constructed Surfside Pier. Here, you are located very close to some of the area's most popular resturants, bars and entertainment. Also, don't forget to check out all of the fun activities held almost daily at Memorial Park, located just one block from the property. There are weekly farmer's markets on Tuesdays and live bands on Sundays from 5:00-8:00 PM, weather permitting. If great seafood is what you are craving, this property is 7 miles north of the famous Marshwalk at Murrells Inlet.
