About this property

Nestled in Mt. Hood National Forest come retreat with your family and friends to this beautiful and peaceful small cabin. Ideal for skiing enthusiasts or a getaway to spend some time in nature. This gorgeous vacation rental offers up to 8 guests accommodations throughout 3 bedrooms. A hop and skip over to the Sandy River, and a short drive to everything Mt Hood has to offer! ~No parties~
The space
We believe this is a very special place and think you will feel the same after visiting.

This charming single-story home/cabin was constructed in 2021. You will have all luxuries of a new kitchen, fast/efficient heat and a comfortable space to spend your time. The beautiful furnishings create an ambiance of casual luxury.
The home is not huge, but it does feature three spacious bedrooms while two full bathrooms. Plenty of space for multiple families to get together and have privacy when needed.

The kitchen comes fully stocked and ready to be used at your leisure.

Our cabin also features Gig internet! For a rural mountain home, it's unbelievable how great the wifi is. Our SmartTV comes with Netflix, however you are also able to log into any services that you may use.

Sleep in peace within the quiet neighborhood of Timberline Rim.
Guest access
You'll have access to the neighborhood tennis courts, basketball court, and pool (during the summer time). These facilities are shared with the neighborhood. We have no control over when the pool is open or not pending weather and maintenance.

Need more space? We have two other rentals in the neighborhood! One is identical to this one only a few houses away on the same street hosted by Kaiya. The other is one block away ~ a 30 second walk hosted by Alex. Message us if you need help finding the links!

Terrible Communication

Prior to arrival we received some VRBO Messages but the important information was just lines (-----) like the codes. I reached out for clarification but was told we would get the arrival information the day of arrival. We arrived on a Saturday at 4pm (check-in time) and still had no arrival instructions or codes. I had reached out to the host multiple times with no response. At about 15 minutes after our arrival the Manager showed up with the key. At check in the amenities that were supposed to be included were key code, wifi info, extra TP, dishwasher pods and laundry pods. I reached out Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (where i included my phone number so they could just call me) and finally got a response on Tuesday by VRBO message, less than 24 hours before we were slated to leave. Even then, we were given the wrong wifi info again but not the codes to get into the key box or closet where there may be additional supplies. In addition, when we arrived there were dirty glasses and silverware in the cupboards/drawers. One provided hair dryer didn't work, the can opener didn't work.. The home itself was nice, clean overall other than glasses/silverware which we washed by hand. Location was nice and host was apologetic when she finally responded. Could have been very different (much better) with better communication for sure.
