We felt very at home here. It’s nice to have true dog friendly places!! Hot tub was great after playing in the snow!! My family had a wonderful relaxing weekend! Thank you!
The host was great, easy to work with. The cabin was terrific, cozy for 4 people and 2 dogs. Easy to get to, room for 2 cars. Would definitely recommend it and hope to use it again.
The cabin was adorable and just the right size for our 4 person family. The kids loved hanging out in the loft space and we all loved the hot tub right outside the front door.
This cabin was perfect for our weekend stay! Host was very responsive and helpful, cabin had everything we needed for adults and toddler and we loved lighting a fire and cozying up!
The house is very run down and not as advertised. There was a smell immediately upon walking in the door coming from the kitchen area. We had to go buy candles to try and mask the smell. The furniture and carpets are all stained. I would highly recommend spending a few extra dollars and staying at a nicer place.

We are disappointed by this characterization of our cabin. This guest stayed for their entire reservation and never contacted us regarding any 'smells' or 'stains.' This negative review was only submitted after we withheld a portion of the security deposit for documented pet urine on the bathroom floor and excessive pet hair remediation. While we are pet-friendly, we must maintain high standards, and we do not waive damage fees in exchange for positive reviews. We will continue to provide a clean, high-quality experience for all our future guests.
Very well maintained location, the hot tub won us over . Photos on the listing doesn’t give this place the credit ! The loft is very large and perfect for the teens. Location was perfect !
The photos on the site are outdated and there is a large fence blocking most of the view shown here. Not a complete fence though, so the first morning I went to walk outside to find a strange man and his dog standing near the fire pit staring at us. He said he was there to get his dog but it was still startling. Also, the furniture inside is no longer the nice set shown. Hot tub is slightly green, and others have mentioned a smell in the cabin. I think both of these things are related to hard water in the area and not really an issue. The living room furniture and beds in the loft are not comfortable at all but the main bed is nice. The wood stove is awesome and the dining room area was perfect for playing games and enjoying the wood stove. Owner was easy to work with and communicates well. I also appreciate the firewood provided and the kitchen had dog bowls which was a cute touch. Overall this is a good little cabin, but the posting needs to be updated to reflect the current state of the property.
Lots of traffic on the road. Was pretty Quiet despite the traffic. Hot tub was nice. Didn't even use any of the upstairs, even tho the bathroom was nicer than the downstairs bathroom. All in all, it was a nice time.

Such a wonderful getaway. Very clean. Has everything you need. Will definitely book again!
We enjoyed our stay, close to all the activities. Wish there had been snow because it is close to the ski resorts too. Cabin was cute and comfy for a family of 4.
We spent a long weekend here for my granddaughters birthday. The cabin was clean and we loved the sleeping loft with second bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed, hot tub was a great treat, and the wood stove was cozy. Close to ski area, hiking, and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and the cabin was perfect for us.

About the host
Hosted by Tim Devlaeminck
I used to spend every weekend on the mountains in my 20's. I meet my wife at Timberline! Then we had kids. It became a chore to bring the family up. So I bought this cabin. Making a base camp for the family and renting it to help pay for the mortgage. We bring food, cloths, and are toiletries. Everything else is up there.
Why they chose this property
It is a great base for summer or winter activities. Geographically located in the middle of everything that Mt hood has to offer. The cabin has character and not stuffed in a housing development. USA today called it a 'scenic location in a cedar grove at the edge of Mount Hood National Forest'
What makes this property unique
Knotty pine and open beam construction. The place doesn't feel like 900 sq/ft.
