We had a great stay for the weekend. The property was in great condition. Very clean. The kitchen was stocked and they had plenty of bath towels and wash rags for our stay. Rooms were comfortable. An amazing view. We had some deer visitors.

The home was better than we could have imagined. The host is very responsive and sweet. The house has so much character and history that was so amazing to read about and learn about. Such a homey feeling just walking in the door. Everything was clean and neat, will definitely make our way back!

We love staying here! Easy drive to the lake, Worlds End state park, coffee shop, and sweet shop. The home is comfortable and we appreciate a well appointed kitchen to prepare lot of meals for our kids. It's nice to run a load of laundry before going home. We love making a campfire and appreciate the firewood, roasting, sticks and s'mores ingredients. Overall the best place! Our kids can't wait to come back to "Grandma's house"!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this quiet and comfortable house in Eaglesmere, equipped with all necessities--and many extra touches. From the locker and canoe at the lake to the firepit and s'mores fixings in the pantry, the hosts are thoughtful and attentive--and very easy to work with. A great place to enjoy the charms of Eaglesmere.

EM Retreat

Great house! We loved how the owners maintained the old EM charm but gave the house some tasteful updates. It was clean and the added kitchen and bathroom amenities were helpful for our 5-day retreat. We hope to stay there again!

Another wonderful stay

We had an another wonderful time staying here with our children. We enjoyed the deck and firepit and proximity to the lake, World's End state park, and village. Thanks for the roasting sticks, marshmallows and chocolate! Access to the lake locker was great to borrow chairs. We look forward to returning!
