The living room has additional sleeping with a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. There is plenty of space in the kitchen/dining area for preparing food and enjoying a nice family dinner after a day at the beach. The cozy living room offers a place to kick off your shoes and relax. Off the living room, there is a private balcony with seating to enjoy a nice cup of coffee, read a book, or enjoy the ocean breeze. Private covered parking for two vehicles. Two pets are allowed under 35 pounds with paid pet deposits, breed restrictions apply, and must have a Dewey Beach dog licensee. LOCATION: Dewey Beach on Dickinson Street! One block from the ocean and one block to the bay. Steps away from the beach, restaurants, boating, playground, and Dewey Beach fun! Less than two miles from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and the famous Funland. This terrific beach condo is in the heart of Dewey Beach, close to restaurants with award-winning crab cakes, delicious brunches, and sweet desserts. Rehoboth Beach, with its own boardwalk, dining, shopping, mini golf, and fun for adults and kids, is less than two miles away. Take a ride to Rehoboth on the Jolly Trolley; the shuttle stop is just steps away from the condo. The Tanger Outlet shopping is a short drive up Route One. You also are near several state parks, including the Cape Henlopen and Delaware Seashore State Parks. Try fishing, crabbing, state park activities for kids and families, kayaking, boating, hiking, golf courses, miniature golf, and tennis are all close by.
PARKING: Two assigned parking spots in the garage. A parking permit is required, and a height restriction of 6'6" and you will enter the south end of the building. Please plan accordingly if you have a roof rack or a large vehicle.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package. No smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
