Massena gem

Very lovely, clean and modern accommodations right in the heart of downtown Massena. (Stairs might be challenging for those physically challenged). Plenty of parking and great access to restaurants, groceries and shopping. Host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended spot .

Quaint and Comfortable

We were only in town for two nights, but Simplicity served our needs perfectly. Although located on a "main" street, the town was quiet, and we did not hear any street noise. The inside accommodations were perfect and simple. Always appreciate being able to make a cup of coffee and enjoy one of the complimentary snacks. The large walk in shower was nice as well. If in the area, we would stay here again.

Perfect home away from home!

This property was amazing! It is clean, well appointed, very comfortable, beautiful view, charming area, and the owner is fabulous. Prior to our stay I had many questions that were responded to promptly every time. During our stay there was an issue that was not in the owners control. She went out of her way, coming out late at night, to be sure it was taken care of promptly. When we were not sure if the issue could be fixed during our short stay, she offered a couple alternatives if the issue could not be fixed timely. Thankfully it was taken care of because we did not want to leave this space but if we had needed to, the owner was taking care of all the arrangements. I would stay here again if ever in the area!

Locally born and raised. I have an investment in our community and rebuilding it. I purchased a historic building in our downtown core and operate a boutique in the lower level and the accommodations upstairs. I serve as a Village Trustee and am a former board member of the Chamber of Commerce.

Why they chose this property

My fondest memories growing up were the friendly faces you'd meet downtown at "mom and pop" establishments from restaurants to stores and service agencies. I chose this location to help bring back those nostalgic times.

My property stands out from any other accommodation in Massena as it is completely renovated and is housed in a historic building in the heart of downtown. It's a convenient location and yet provides privacy and safety.
