The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses 6. PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed. and a Pet damage fee will be required for any considered pets 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. 8. Hot Tub: [No children under the age of 14 are permitted in hot tubs at any time] [without adult supervision]. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. [DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement.] Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. 9. Septic: The property is on a well and septic systems. The water is completely filters and is drinkable from all taps The Fridge filter is the best. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages.

Beautiful Country Vacation Home

The house is absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room for my family to spread out and have their own space (we had a total of 8 adults and 5 children). The master bedroom and bathroom is elegant. The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous. The game room kept the family occupied in the late evenings. Everybody loved the 4wheeling trails. The horses are friendly. We are planning on making this an annual trip now.

Unexpected guests.

The house is wonderful, the preparation of the house, not so wonderful. Because there was no drawer and only insufficient closet space, we were made to feel like unexpected guests. Everything else -- the horses, the kitchen, dining, and living room areas, most congenial. The game room was a hit for the entire family.

Family Fun Vacation

Beautiful property, nice large house. Would have liked to have had a place to put clothing in dressers but they were ful of owners items. Luke, the property manage was very helpful and very friendly. Grandchildren had lots of room to play and didn't want to leave at the end of the week. They loved the horses as well. Game room was a big plus, hours of fun.

Great stay!

House was in a nice area on a beautiful farm. It was everything we needed. The only changes I would ask for is a better upkeep of the outside. Maybe some cut paths to the creek and trails so we could walk and explore and a little better yard maintenance. Otherwise we loved it and it fit all our needs! The manager was very kind and we enjoyed our visits with him. We will most definitely rent again.
