The entire home has been recently remodeled and updated with new appliances and top of the line furniture. Located on the other end of Bay Street is Ives Park; Potsdam’s beautiful village park, that sits on the bank of the Raquette River. This home is just two houses down from the back entrance of SUNY Potsdam and only a few blocks away from downtown Potsdam. There you will find several dine in/dine out options, ice cream shops, movie theatre, local bars, cafes, boutiques and much more!

First visit to New York

I found this VRBO in Potsdam and found it very clean, good location within walking distance of town and restaurants. This is a college town and will be some weekend parties in houses around, but everything got quiet at a reasonable hour. Only complaint would be the bathroom is very tight, even for one person but these are older homes in Potsdam so kind of goes with ambiance. It was my first visit to Potsdam, taking my Grandson to Clarkson for second year. I would stay again.

Short weekend with brothers & mother visiting nearby family

Getting in was not an issue. It appears there may have been a power outage, as the tv was in demo mode, and needed to be set up. The wifi was not working initially. And there were no trash bags in any of the trash cans. It was all easily resolved with texts and calls to owner. My brother finally got the tv set up. Only thing I would have liked to see was a full size coffee pot option, and more outlets. I am not a fan of keuregs, and bring my own coffee & filters with me. We had to set the toaster on the top of the trash can to access an outlet, as the others were in use by keureg & my mini blender I travel with. Thank you.
