The common areas are like no other-large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips for rent. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. Washer and dryer in condo! Sorry: No Smoking, No Pets.

Bay Tree requires parking passes on each vehicle and wrist bands for every guest enjoying the common areas- issued upon check-in.
• Kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note: For safety reasons spices or seasoning are NOT provided.
• Property is supplied with 1 set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and bath soap. The guest is responsible for any additional needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.
Oversized Vehicle Advisory: Carports at Bay Tree A5 offers 1 average sized vehicle capacity space. PLEASE use the OVERFLOW PARKING which surrounds the Bay Tree Office for oversized vehicles.
