Kaanapali Shores Residence #702 is unequivocally one of the most refined direct oceanfront properties in all of Maui while boasting unobstructed ocean, outer island, year round sunset watching, and spectacular whale watching views. This will likely be the very nicest condo you have ever enjoyed before and is proudly offered by The Stice Team (also co-owners of this particular property). The very high end complete remodel was completed in the spring of 2023; presenting a very clean, comfortable, and 1,500 sq.ft. interior luxurious living space.

Envision large format designer tile flooring in the entry, bathrooms, and kitchen with the plush carpet in both bedrooms and living area to enjoy rolling around with little ones on. The views are unbeatable whether you are looking up the coastline towards Kapalua, the golden sand shores of North Kaanapali Beach below, the lush green mountainside hills of Mauna Kahalawai, or the absolutely stunning silhouette of Molokai island.

Your jaw drops as Pele’s Fire and the Milky Way capture your soul while waking through Kabba lock secured front door and it only gets better as you round the corner past the Derubeis abstract metal art and Thermador built-in espresso/coffee instrument towards the Walk-in and Wow Views. The open-concept kitchen and living area are directly oriented out towards the natural masterpiece right outside the brand-new exterior sliding doors and 500 sq.ft wrap-around lanai. The primary suite lives on the oceanfront with a cozy dry bar (Nespresso and drink fridge) and a large spa-like bathroom with dual sinks, smart mirror vanities, and lots of luggage and clothing storage.

The kitchen is spacious and well thought out with lots of built-in storage, Bosch stainless appliances, and a massive island and entertainment bar made of rare Taj Mahal quartzite which is perfect for preparing and sharing meals (pull-up bar seating for 3) together.

The living area like the rest of the residence features designer furniture and artwork with a very comfortable pull-out sleeper sofa, lots of seating, and a 85in. smart tv. The handsome custom wood grain cabinetry and Taj Mahal quartzite countertops emanate refinement and functionality. The property is completely equipped with everything that you will need as a home away from home.

There is a seamless transition from the central air-conditioned interior which is well protected by electronic window coverings out to the wrap-around covered lanai which has ample comfortable seating and is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. You may decide to spend your entire day out on this lanai as it is truly that spectacular.

The secondary bedroom has breathtaking ocean and Molokai views as well and the King bed can also be set up as twin beds (upon advanced request. There is a full bathroom directly outside of this bedroom that serves this bedroom as well as anyone sleeping on the sleeper sofa.

Directly fronting Kaanapali Shores lives a seasonal golden sand beach and one that is year-round just 50 steps away to the North. This resort radiates with fun and excitement with two pool areas located in the center courtyard, it’s direct beachfront location, and the onsite Beach Club Restaurant, complex gym, and spa. Located on the border of Kaanapali and Honokowai, makes it a short walking distance to Times Supermarket, excellent local food trucks and restaurants, and is close to drive to golf in either Kaanapali or Kapalua.

Important - Additional $11/night parking and optional $10/night gym facility fee is paid to the resort at checkin by guest.
*Resort Notice: There is a resort-wide lanai railing replacement underway, and they're working on various lanais around the resort. This stack won't be worked on until 2025. Noise will be heard on property during working hours M-F: 9AM- 5PM. Rates have already been discounted to reflect this impact.

The lanai & view are stunning. We watched tons of whale activity (March stay) every day from the lanai. The unit is gorgeous and was a very comfortable home for our family of 4 during our Maui vacation. This unit is luxury in every way. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with everything you would have at home, bathrooms are beautiful. We appreciated the in unit washer & dryer. The beach closet is well stocked with beach chairs & equipment, pickle ball supplies, tennis rackets, ... In addition, the floor to ceiling windows offer stunning ocean views and are easily covered at night with automatic black out shades.The Stice Team at Hawaii Life was excellent to work with. Communication was detailed and we had all the information we needed prior to check-in. They were extremely responsive before and during our stay. We had one question during our stay & they responded via text within a few minutes. We really enjoyed the Kaanapali Shores complex at north Kaanapali beach. Easy to get around, Times grocery store across the street, many restaurants close by and food truck park a 2 minute walk. We also enjoyed easily walking to other North Kaanapali resorts and had several meals at Dukes (walkable from KS). I also like that north Kaanapali is a little quieter than the main Kaanapali beach area, but you can quickly drive to Black Rock beach and Whaler's Village in about 5-10 minutes. Our family would absolutely recommend KS702 and working with The Stice Team/Hawaii Life. In fact, I hope to return to Maui soon and will reach out to the Stice Team for accommodations (they have many beautiful options if KS702 isn't available for our future stay).Thank you Stice Team and Hawaii Life!

Lovely that televisions are Smart so you can just sign in to your personal streaming accounts. Beds are very comfy and interaction with management was a breeze. Restaurant on site, nice beaches, pickleball, adult and children’s pool. Having laundry in unit is so very helpful. The remodel they completed in 2023 is so gorgeous with high end appliances. Amazing condo with a huge lanai/balcony with unbearable views of the beach and ocean below. Very responsive hosts. Kitchen was much better equipped than most rentals. Grocery store across the street and a lot full of great food trucks right next to the building, which was great for dinner. We watched the whales out in the water every day.
