We’re happy to share our special retreat with you and truly hope you enjoy it as much as our family does. The views of the lake in the morning are spectacular, and sunsets from the deck are fantastic.

Sueños means “dream” and this property certainly has been one for our family. The mornings are quiet, and the evenings are peaceful. When you enter the front door, the view of the water sets the tone for your visit. This is a retreat on the lake, and we’re glad you’re here.
Activity on the water ranges throughout the seasons but you can always count on fish jumping, the birds singing and if you’re lucky, catching a glimpse of a shooting star as the sun retreats on to a tranquil lake.

As you drive up to the property, you’ll notice a vineyard to the left. These are Chambourcin vines; planted in the spring of 2023. Take some time to stroll through the rows and enjoy the Zen. To your right are large expansive lawn areas perfect for tossing a frisbee or throwing the ball around. The lawn area wraps around the property, calling you to the water.
This private lot is located on a point; secluded and surrounded on three sides by the lake. There is over 500 feet of open shoreline with an easy walk down to the boathouse. Kayaks are located on a stand for easy access and a convenient entry point to the left of the dock allows for a comfortable launch. Life jackets and paddles, along with several other inflatables are stored in the boathouse.
The dock itself is large; 1,800 square feet that offers a large, covered area with a big family style dining table, fans, and TV. The main open space portion of the deck is perfect for relaxing on a sun lounger and taking in the deep-water views of the lake. Don’t forget to wave to the boaters as they pass on by! Enjoy the roll up bar and beverage fridge and Keurig located inside the boathouse.
Also located in the back area of the property: a lake-facing patio with a firepit and gas grill. A relaxing hammock is close by with additional meandering grounds for after-dinner strolling or simply taking in the views.
Back up at the house the kitchen is newly remodeled with a large working island, Viking gas cooktop and double ovens. There are seasonable herbs in the backyard: the rosemary bush down by the shoreline is bountiful. A highlight of the home is a large sunroom overlooking the lake and equipped with a new coffee station that features a Keurig pod coffee maker, electric kettle and sink.
The attached family room offers leather sofas, gas fireplace, wine fridge and 72-inch smart TV. The living room and dining room have perfect picture lake views.
The dining room leads out to the large deck overlooking Hyco lake. Enjoy the outside dining area; perfect for an outdoor meal or just enjoying your coffee. Bird watching from the main deck is amazing most mornings.
The newly remodeled master suite features its own private deck, lake views and an attached master bath with a luxury standalone tub and extravagant walk-in shower with body jets and rain showerhead. Quality towels and sundries are provided.
Two additional bedrooms also feature king-sized beds and ceiling fans. A fourth room offers bunkbeds and 2 fold-down work / gamming desks. An additional room and bath are located downstairs with easy access from the sunroom or enter through its own private deck and entrance below. This room has a foldout sofa and great views of the water. This space provides easy access to shower off from a long day on the lake.
The home also features a separate laundry room with new washer and dryer, a water softening system and generator (a luxury on the lake); nothing can put a damper on your trip like the lights and AC going out! We are also one of the few homes on the lake to offer StarLink satellite WiFi service.
