This condo is located on the 4th floor of Market Street Inn overlooking the beautiful wetlands with a peak of the Bay. You have access to the pool, grill, and workout facility. You are steps away from restaurants, bars and activities. There is a shuttle that can take you to the beach which is minutes away. This unit has fresh paint and a 55 inch smart tv and ample plugs for charging.

The parking situation is hectic if Baytowne Wharf is busy. You will have to park down the street. A little inconvenient if you have to carry anything or if it’s raining. Owner sent messages with entry process, so that was convenient. We were disappointed with the bed sheet cleanliness. The room itself seemed clean other than someone else’s ice cream in the fridge. Sandestin Hilton area as a whole is nice. The condo building/hotel itself is a bit aged. The window from this particular condo is facing the building across from the sidewalk, so be weary of that if you wanted to watch fireworks, etc. You won’t be able to see them. It is convenient if want to do any activities there, you won’t have to drive anywhere.

The condo was awesome and in the middle of everything! There really wasn't any reason to drive anywhere if you didn't want too. We will definitely be staying at Leah's place again.!

Leah's instructions for check in were clear and very helpful as we arrived pretty late. All of the info about the area and recommendations were extremely helpful and very much appreciated. The unit was clean,had everything we needed and the location was so convenient and fun. Highly recommend!

Had a great time down at the wharf. Rum Runners piano bar, ice cream shops, quick shuttle to the beach. We didn't have to drive anywhere. Parking was a little scarce in the resident parking lot.

So much fun and a great place to relax

From the pool to the village of shops and restaurants, to the marina and the shuttle bus that makes going to the beach a breeze-this was the perfect location for fun and relaxation. It has a great family friendly atmosphere but also fun for young adults or the young at heart. The host was very considerate and helpful. I definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again. Zero complaints.
