Escape to the mountains at Paloverde! This 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, multi-level townhome is the perfect landing pad for your Steamboat vacation. Located 1.2 miles from the restaurants, shopping, and recreation of Downtown and 4 miles to the Ski Resort, you are ideally positioned for all your Steamboat adventures. With a private hot tub and plenty of space to gather and retreat, Paloverde covers all of your mountain vacation needs.

Set your luggage and ski boots at the door and enter into the spacious heart of the townhome. Cozy up by the fireplace on the large comfortable couch, turn on the game of the week, or choose a board game for friendly competition. Stay engaged in conversation while preparing a meal in the fully stocked kitchen with ample counter space. The dining table seats 8, with space for 4 at the breakfast bar, and is meant for sharing moments together.

As the day’s adventures come to an end, retire to the top floor, primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanities, soaking tub, and large shower. Two bedrooms each with a queen bed share a large bathroom with two vanities and a tub and shower combo. Downstairs are two queen over queen bunk beds and a bathroom with stall shower.

Paloverde has a two-car garage and space for one car to parallel park in the driveway. In the winter, Retreatia guests have access to the complimentary, on-call shuttle service- however, a vehicle is highly recommended for ease of getting around town. This home is in a beautiful residential neighborhood, just down the road from Steamboat’s iconic Fish Creek Falls- thank you for being a good neighbor during your stay!

Lovely Home!

The property is spacious and comfortable, and we loved the hot tub. The inside of the house was really clean, but there were quite a few cigarette butts and a pair of boxer shorts on the deck. I picked them up because I know it's a non-smoking property, and I didn't want to get blamed. The location is convenient to stores and restaurants, but there is quite a bit of traffic noise early in the morning. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

The Perfect Family Holiday Get-Away!

This property was the perfect rental for our family Christmas vacation! We had a group of 8, including 2 children. This cozy home easily accommodated our group with plenty of space. There were so many perks to this charming place, from the number of bedrooms & private baths to the well-stocked kitchen, the use of a new washer & dryer, gas fireplace, and the relaxing hot tub. It was extremely clean, which is very high on my expectations list. The location of this property was perfect! It was close to downtown and the ski slopes. We would definitely rent this property again!

Great house

The house was great and just as described, except the fireplace was not working, not a big deal. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was wonderful and it fit our large group wonderfully. The shuttle option is amazing, such an awesome thing they offer. The check in process of having to go to their office is a bit annoying. It seems with Keycode entrance maybe there is a way to change this as with most rentals you just get a code day of in a message.

Nice place!

This home was very clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. The interior had all kitchen and linen and laundry items one would need. I was expecting a gas grill on property to make feeding my large family easier, however, this is not an option on this property, per management. Also, know in advance that you will have street noise if you like to open windows and also when enjoying the hot tub. The exterior of the home property is close to the road and small. This is over all a very nice home.
