Beautiful one bedroom refurbished condo located in Market Street Inn. This unit boost a full kitchen with everything you need to cook for your family including a crock pot and keurig coffee maker. There isbar seating and a dining room table that seats 6. Enjoy coffee on the balcony that overlooks the main attractions and the beautiful wetland with a peak of the bay. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and 65 inch smart TV. This unit has it's own washer/dryer combo. You have access to the many ammenities that Market Street Offers like gated entry, keyless entry, resort style pool and spa, workout facilities. Enjoy fireworks every Tuesday starting late May thru late August. There are 4 golf courses on the property as well as tennis and pickle ball courts. There is an outdoor grill located next to the pool. The condo has 4 beach chairs and an umbrella in the owners closet for your use.

We loved this condo! Would definitely stay again. A few things we look for when booking are: smart tvs, pool access, king bed, close to the village. It met all of the expectations! The owner is very helpful and emailed us all of the info we needed, plus recommendations. It was the smoothest check in we’ve had In three years.

Hi, I am a Gigi from Dallas, Texas. I have been hosting properties now for about three years. My newest property to host are the ones in Sandestin, Florida. We purchased these in 2023 as investment properties in our favorite vacation location. I love the beach and the Emerald Coast has the most beautiful beaches in the world. I am so thankful and blessed to have these properties and my hope is that you get to experience a beautiful sunset while staying at my property.

Why they chose this property

Sandestin is a gated community that connects nightlife and beachlife. You can enjoy live music and fireworks all within steps of the condo. You can actually watch the fireworks from the balcony if you are renting the unit with the balcony. There are restaurants, bars and nightlife all within steps of the condo. The Condo also boast a beautiful resort style pool with hot tub and bbq grill all located on the third floor of the complex. The buikding also has covered garage parking as well as overflow parking near the hotel. This area has so many activities for the kids including zipling, obstacles courses, a carousel, and a large outdoor play area. Some of these activities have a fee. We love walking out on the dock of the bay to watch the beautiful sunsets. There are also upscale restaurants and shops within a mile of the condo.

What makes this property unique

Sunset Dreams Condo is nicely decorated and cozy. It has a nice kitchen to cook up a great meal for the family or whip up cocktails with the blender for a happy hour on the patio. Our condo faces the bay and below the balcony is the street where a lot of the event take place. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy one of the many parades or fireworks or people watch. We have 55 inch smart TVS in the bedrooms and family room. This condo is your place to enjoy the Flroida Sunshine.
