Suite A - 3 minutes walk to Center of Folly Beach, across from beach-1 Room

A comtemporary, independent studio suite with porcelain floors, marble porcelain bathroom floors in shower and on shower walls, fully loaded with all comforts necessary, is located right across from the beach acess. It is in walking distance to the Pier and all restaurants and shops. The property is fenced in providing you extra privacy. To the right of the suite is a large porch with couches where you can relax and listen to the sounds of the island. Below is a large yard with covered area where you can find an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off yourself and your beach gear, a table to eat at and a tennis table. Lounge chairs are also available for relaxing in the sun. This is a Smoke Free suite. This property is licensed by the City of Folly Beach as a vacation rental unit.

You absolutely cannot not beat this location! Very short walk to beach which made it easy to come back to the room throughout the day. The room was a good size for two people and the bed was very comfortable. Very nice bathroom with tile shower and very clean. Kitchenette area was really convenient with plates, cups, etc. and several small appliances provided. Looking forward to staying her again!

The room was very clean and well appointed. The bathroom shower has a wonderful rain shower head. The property is located right across from the beach access so it was very easy to go and come as we pleased throughout the day. The hosts provide beach chairs and umbrellas which worked perfectly for us so we did not need to rent them on the beach. The outdoor space feels like home and we spent much of our time sitting on the back covered porch, which has two couches and café tables with a ceiling fan to cool things off and keep the bugs away. Highly recommend this property and the hosts.

This is a great place to stay! It is so close and convenient to the beach and all the Folly restaurants that you can walk. The room is very crisp and clean. We also stayed here last year and plan for this to be our go-to Folly spot each year :-)
