Loved this quaint suite right across the street from the beach! So many amenities for this space and loved the outdoor areas that were provided for us to use. Will definitely be back to utilize these rooms again.

The room was clean and the bed slept well. Close to everything. I wish the parking area was mentioned in the arrive letter. The room was a bit smaller than the pictures made it appear.

The parking instructions are in the Welcome Guide emailed by VRBO a couple of days before arrival. Assigned guest parking in the back and Homeowners in the front. All parking is on our property. The room is exactly as shown, in addition you have access to beautiful community areas with sofas, dining table, lounge chairs, all in the privacy of our fenced in property. Thank you for your stay.

We spent a wonderful few days here! The access to the beach was across the street. They provided beach chairs and umbrellas! If we ever make it back to folly beach we would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location to the beach and to the Bert’s market which is open 24/7. The room was comfortable and was stocked with plenty of towels. The bathroom lacked basic toiletries besides hand soap and there were a few places throughout that needed some deeper cleaning. However, the bed is quite comfortable and the ac works well. Overall an awesome and quiet place to stay. would recommend!

You absolutely cannot not beat this location! Very short walk to beach which made it easy to come back to the room throughout the day. The room was a good size for two people and the bed was very comfortable. Very nice bathroom with tile shower and very clean. Kitchenette area was really convenient with plates, cups, etc. and several small appliances provided. Looking forward to staying her again!

The room was very clean and well appointed. The bathroom shower has a wonderful rain shower head. The property is located right across from the beach access so it was very easy to go and come as we pleased throughout the day. The hosts provide beach chairs and umbrellas which worked perfectly for us so we did not need to rent them on the beach. The outdoor space feels like home and we spent much of our time sitting on the back covered porch, which has two couches and café tables with a ceiling fan to cool things off and keep the bugs away. Highly recommend this property and the hosts.
