We enjoyed our stay very much! This was a perfect place for our family reunion. We loved that there were three bathrooms for our large family, very hard to find in the Tucson area. We also loved the layout of the house with the different sitting areas but still a large area by the dining room for our group to gather. Jess was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. We definitely would stay here again.

Great place for a group of colleagues Working for two weeks

Five of us were in town for a business event. The home was clean and well equipped, and provided all of us space to work, as well as fun areas where we could be together.Great neighborhood too!

Perfect for 13!

This was truly our Oasis each day as we returned from exploring the Tucson area. Even with 13 people staying at this house, we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other.

Tucson Desert Home

Property was as advertised and was in excellent condition. The pool and backyard were wonderful and we enjoyed being able to spend time outside. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to fix our meals for our group of eleven. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we are in Tucson.

Big house for a big group

We were a group of 8, some couples, some singles. The house was perfect because the bedrooms had different numbers of beds and different sizes so it was easy to arrange people in the right spaces. Also there were a variety of areas where you could mingle or be by yourself. The host was very responsive and replied within minutes to every question. We had a superb stay!

Room to move

There were 8 of us in our party but we never felt like we were stepping on each other. The house is spacious, plenty of room for all of us. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Family Reunion

We have had family gatherings for 12 years with VRBO. The family thought this rental was the best one so far. It was well equipped, comfortable beds, spacious for separate conversations, good kitchen. Jess was responsive, replying in short order. Nice touch was a childs playroom. Only negative were the streaming tvs not able to get live local channels

Very spacious home but not clean!!

When we arrived the pool was filthy and in swimmable!! The outside patio is dirty with leaves and dirt on every piece of furniture! The grill hadn’t been clean from previous renter. The kitchen counters were dirty and tvs were all dusty. The bed didn’t have top sheets on half of them and only a blanket as a comforter. The pool guy can at 5:30 the following morning and worked on the pool but it wasn’t swimmable till the day before we checked out.

We’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations, though we would like to offer some clarification for future guests reviewing this. The home was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival, as it is before each guest’s stay. Unfortunately, in regards to exterior of home we aren’t able to control what happens with nature only respond as quickly as we can. Your early arrival well before the check in time created some additional difficulty getting that resolved. A windstorm had occurred before your arrival, which did result in debris in the pool and on the patio. Our pool service technician arrived at 5:30 AM the next morning (the earliest possible appointment), and the pool was clean and swim-ready by 7 AM — well before midday of your first full day and before you mentioned you needed it. As for the bedding, all beds were fully made with fresh linens, including top sheets and comforters. Based on usage during your stay, it appears all provided bedding was used. While we welcome feedback, it’s important for us to be transparent and fair with all guests and future visitors. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home and pride ourselves on excellent guest service, which includes respecting the boundaries and check-in procedures that ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
