This home is located in the beautiful Windsor at Westside resort, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World.

Optional pool & spa heat is available for $35/day + tax. We would recommend adding pool & spa heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.

As our guest, you'll have unlimited access to a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with a tiki bar, fitness center, sundry shop and video arcade. The sparkling resort-style pool also features a waterslide and a lazy river!

The neighborhood has fantastic community amenities which are available for guests to use. These can be reached by driving to the clubhouse or can be walked to.

Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. Pool and spa heat (if applicable) can be added at a charge of $35 per day.
