The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The light filled breakfast nook includes a dining table, refrigerator, coffee pot, dishes and utensils. We’ll provide some light breakfast fare for your first morning, and coffee and tea throughout your stay to start your day.

Located in a neighborhood just north of downtown, we are within a 10-minute drive to downtown Eugene, and just a 15-minute drive to the University of Oregon.

Several family-owned businesses are within walking distance, including the Twin Dragon Chinese restaurant, and Toxic Burgers, Wings, and Fries. A short distance further is a local food truck pod. You’ll find numerous local brew pubs and craft distilleries in the Whittaker neighborhood within a 5-minute drive.

Eugene Marathon
My brother and I stayed here just one night; the night before the Eugene Marathon. We didn’t really have a lot of time at the property as we were getting prepped for the run and left at 5:30 AM to get to the start line. The space was clean, tidy and well organized, and Ginnie, our host was welcoming, helpful, and generous. I would definitely stay again!

Came to watch a game and sightsee. Great little neighborhood close to the airport and just a few miles from downtown. We rented a car on Turo so we could get around and Gary have a private parking space right outside your cottage. Hosts are very nice and the accommodations were as described. The garden is the selling point I would imagine in the summer months. We would stay again.

UO family visit
We stayed two nights over UO family weekend and really enjoyed the quiet garden setting. We even had fresh dahlias from the garden in the suite! I loved the thick bath towels and quality linens (but I’m picky). Our son stayed one night with us and we found a deck of cards to play a few games. Such fun! Our host had morning snacks for us and a coffee maker with good coffee. Best way to begin your day. Quiet, clean, and comfortable stay. Thank you, hosts!

Great stay in a great setting.
Had the pleasure of staying at Ginnie's for a quick weekend trip down to Eugene. The property is just a few mins away from all the great spots Eugene has to offer and the setting is fantastic. Beautiful gardens tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood. Ginnie was incredibly nice and welcoming. Can't wait to stay again.
