About this property

The rustic cabin experience awaits at Long Lake in Makinen, MN! This property offers dock access to the west bay of the lake, fire ring, wood stove and an outhouse. This open cabin features a ladder to lofted sleeping areas. Bring your kayaks/canoes and fishing poles, this lake is perfect for paddling. There is public access at the opposite end of Long Lake for boats. The lake is 374 acres and offers seven miles of shoreline!
The cabin has solar lighting inside and out, including the outhouse. Bring your own water for drinking, dishwashing, etc. Fish the lake or hike the trails through the property. 15 minutes to the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame in Eveleth.
