We did not stay at this Condo and I am sure it is very nice. Our reservation was cancelled six minutes before check in time. We were an hour out when we received a message From Great Ocean Property Management to tell us that our condo was canceled due to mechanical problems. They sent alternatives that were no where near the same level as the Minorca. We pulled over called VRBO (which was amazing) and found a suitable condo that just happened to be With Great Ocean Property Management, but somehow the girl told us they had nothing else, GOPM told Vrbo that we just ungraded no cancelation. And, to top it off VRBO informed me that they had charged me 100 change fee. Lastly Documentation!!! Voice mail, emails, text, bank statements, made it easy to prove our case. I got my money back !!!!

Thank you for your review. We understand that having your original unit become unavailable shortly before arrival was frustrating, and we apologize for that inconvenience. However, several statements in this review are not accurate. The reservation was not canceled without accommodations being offered. When an unexpected maintenance issue made the original unit unavailable, we immediately contacted you and provided alternative options. You ultimately booked and stayed in another property managed by our company. We also did not charge a $100 change fee for relocating your stay. We work hard to be transparent with our guests, especially when unexpected property issues arise. While we regret that the original condo could not be honored, we did our best to provide comparable accommodations and assist throughout the process.
